NC asks:  Is it possible that we will lose America?  Is it possible that even though the Obamunist claims he wants a European style Socialism that America ends up being a China style Communism?  Sure, it’s very possible!  Why? Because if we let this dictator win,  the next dictator will have no opposition to institute the next level of individual slavery.  I pray that Americans reach deep down inside themselves, and pull out the American resolute, the American warrior, the American fighter, and push back this dictator with all we have because I have a sense this is our last opportunity to protect our America from tyranny and protect our Constitution from the paper shredder!

Jefferson Paine:  We “Birther” fringers just want a simple answer to a simple question.  We want the Truth:  Where’s Barack Hussein Obama II’s proof that he meets the requirements of the U.S. Constitution? – namely, that he is a “Natural Born Citizen” of the United States.  Still waiting…   Just when will we get the truth?

The burden of proof has always been, and remains, upon the current Usurper, BHO II.  It is absurd to ask someone to prove that he isn’t a Natural Born Citizen since proving a negative is always an impossibility.  This is not rocket science – so why does BHO II continue to employ an army of lawyers to hide and seal any and all documentation as to who this occupant of our White House actually IS??  Ask yourself, WHY this is?

In order for Mr. Obama to be Constitutionally eligible to serve as our President, he must prove that he is (a) currently a Citizen of the U.S., and (b) was born on U.S. soil to parents who were both U.S. Citizens.  Pursuant to requisite (a), he claims he was born in Hawaii, although NO ONE can verify it.  If he wasn’t born in HI, then Game Over.  IF he ever proves HI as his birthplace, then he’s not close to being done here.  When he became an Indonesian citizen, did he ever re-naturalize in the U.S. upon or after his return?  No One knows.  Secondly, he must also pass requisite (b) his mother was presumably a U.S. Citizen upon BHO II’s birth, although because of her age and shotgun wedding, it is unclear whether she could confer full citizenship to her son because there is no documentation to prove one way or the other on any of this.  And, lastly, Obama’s father BHO I, was a Kenyan national who also retained British colonial citizenship – which, for purposes of BHOII being a “Natural Born Citizen” – it’s GAME OVER.  Sorry folks – he’s an Usurper of the Presidency of the U.S.  Unless he can prove otherwise.. (but it will require him renouncing his own father’s identity per The One’s audacious autobiography..)

It’s not even whether Barack Obama thinks black people are always right and cops are always wrong.

It’s whether the man sitting in the White House for the last six months is constitutionally eligible.

About three months ago, some of you will remember, I set out to make this happen. I launched a billboard campaign with just this goal in mind – raising the visibility of the story, which had been all but forgotten because of the bailouts, the stimulus packages and the government grab for power under the new regime.

A new American Revolution is brewing. Secession is a peaceful, Natural Right of the Free and Independent States.

After half a century of fighting encroachments upon freedom in America, journalist Garet Garrett published “The People’s Pottage.” A year later, in 1954, he died. “The People’s Pottage” opens thus:

“There are those who still think they are holding the pass against a revolution that may be coming up the road. But they are gazing in the wrong direction. The revolution is behind them. It went by in the Night of Depression, singing songs to freedom.”

Garrett wrote of a revolution within the form. While outwardly America appeared the same, a revolution within had taken place that was now irreversible. One need only glance at where we were before the New Deal, where we are and where we are headed to see how far we are off the course the Founding Fathers set for our republic.

Taxes drove the American Revolution, for we were a taxaphobic, liberty-loving people. That government is best that governs least is an Americanism. When “Silent Cal” Coolidge went home in 1929, the U.S. government was spending 3 percent of gross domestic product.

And today? Obama’s first budget will consume 28 percent of the entire GDP; state and local governments another 15 percent. While there is some overlap, in 2009, government will consume 40 percent of GDP, approaching the peak of World War II.

Tell Congress to stop spending America into the ground! Sign the WND petition demanding lawmakers stop the bailouts, stimulus bills and march toward socialism and national destruction.

The deficit for 2009 is $1.8 trillion, 13 percent of the whole economy. Obama is pushing a cap-and-trade bill to cut carbon emissions that will impose huge costs on energy production, spike consumer prices and drive production offshore to China, which is opting out of Kyoto II. The Chinese are not fools.

Obama plans to repeal the Bush tax cuts and take the income tax rate to near 40 percent. Combined state and local income tax rates can run to 10 percent. For the self-employed, payroll taxes add up to 15.2 percent on the first $106,800 for all wages of all workers. Medicare takes 2.9 percent of all wages above that. Then there are the state sales taxes that can run to 8 percent, property taxes, gas taxes, excise taxes and “sin taxes” on booze, cigarettes and, soon, hot dogs and soft drinks.

Comes now national health insurance from Nancy Pelosi’s House. A surtax that runs to 5.4 percent of all earnings of the top 1 percent of Americans, who already pay 40 percent of all federal income taxes, has been sent to the Senate. Included also is an 8 percent tax on the entire payroll of small businesses that fail to provide health insurance for employees.

Other ideas on the table include taxing the health benefits that businesses provide their employees.

The D.C.-based Tax Foundation says New Yorkers could face a combined income tax rate of near 60 percent.

In the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson called George III a tyrant for having “erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.”

What did George III do with his Stamp Act, Townshend Acts or tea tax to compare with what is being done to this generation of Americans by their own government?

While the hardest-working and most productive are bled, a third of all wage-earners pay no U.S. income tax, and Obama plans to free almost half of all wage-earners of all income taxes. Yet, tens of millions get Medicaid, rent supplements, free education, food stamps, welfare and an annual check from Uncle Sam called an Earned Income Tax Credit, though they never paid a nickel in income taxes.

Oh, yes. Obama also promises everybody a college education.

Coming to America to feast on this cornucopia of freebies is the world. One million to 2 million immigrants, legal and illegal, arrive every year. They come with fewer skills and less education than Americans, and consume more tax dollars than they contribute by three to one.

Wise Latina women have more babies north of the border than they do in Mexico and twice as many here as American women.

As almost all immigrants are now Third World people of color, they qualify for ethnic preferences in hiring and promotions and admissions to college over the children of Americans.

All of this would have astounded and appalled the Founding Fathers, who after all, created America – as they declared loud and clear in the Constitution – “for ourselves and our posterity.”

China saves, invests and grows at 8 percent. America, awash in debt, has a shrinking economy, a huge trade deficit, a gutted industrial base, an unemployment rate surging toward 10 percent and a money supply that’s swollen to double its size in a year. The 20th century may have been the American Century. The 21st shows another pattern.

“The United States is declining as a nation and a world power with mostly sighs and shrugs to mark this seismic event,” writes Les Gelb, president emeritus of the Council on Foreign Relations, in CFR’s Foreign Affairs magazine. “Astonishingly, some people do not appear to realize that the situation is all that serious.”

Even the establishment is starting to get the message.

UPDATE:  For those who claim that if one could PREDICT economic trends and what not then they would be billionaires.  Please understand that aside from man’s manipulations ALL economies have up and down cycles and are based on NATURAL LAW just like gravity is based on natural law. Once you add man’s manipulations to these natural up and down cycles then we see worse issues in the economy.  In the side bar, I have posted the interview I had with Allen Hall from the Elliott Wave. We discuss the natural law of economies with man’s manipulations. I hope you will take the time to listen to that interview.  I used the word prediction but I could also use the word FORECAST. EW uses science to come up with their FORECASTS.  They are not crystal ball readers, they are scientists that use actual data and have created a new science called Socio-Nomics.

Elliott Wave, a socioeconomic research think tank,  and investment advisory service,  is reporting the the third down cycle or impulse wave, which is ALWAYS the largest and most drastic leg of any Elliott Wave cycle has already begun to take place which means a pretty severe stock market crash is indicted by Elliott Wave analysis for the next three months. 

EW has done research into economic cycles going back several hundred years and so far in our research of what they have been reporting, they have been fairly accurate.  Also, be aware that America IS NOW in a depression and it’s going to be worse than the “great depression”  and again, worse because the gub’ment has decided that a Marxist or centrally planned economy is far better than a free market or laissez-faire economy, so Americans are facing a triple threat.  (Download these papers which go with radio show).

Do not believe what the faux-bama and Tax Cheat Timothy Geithner are yammering about regarding this economy,  in that it will turn around this year, as it will will only hurt you!  They are bald face liars,  and of course, the state sponsored media is in lock step with this deceit and reporting to you that America is only going through a Jimma Carter style recession.

America is in a depression.  No Compromise Media has been reporting this depression since last November and our economy has steadily slipped further down into an economic nightmare for millions of American families in the loss of jobs, homes, and futures. 

This depression would have not been as severe had the Congress decided that they stood for Americans and protected our economy, but instead they decided to be driven by their narcissistic fantasies,  and lust for power and that their own personal lives were more important than those they claim to represent.  It is time for Term Limits and it’s time for impeachment charges to be filed against certain congress critters! 

If Americans do not take back Congress in 2010 and strengthen our free market then it’s going to take another 50 or 60 years to get this country back!  There was a severe long-term depression that began in 1721 with the popping of the South Sea bubble and continued all the way until the 1780s.  That depression mimics the one we are seeing today.  The bubbles that are popping today are as extreme as the South Sea bubble in 1720.  

Prepare!  That’s the word for today. Get out of debt, save your money,  and prepare!

Lou Pritchet is a former vice president of Procter & Gamble whose career at that company spanned 36 years before his retirement in 1989, and he is the author of the 1995 business book, “Stop Paddling & Start Rocking the Boat.”

Mr. Pritchett confirmed that he was indeed the author of the much-circulated “open letter.” “I did write the ‘you scare me’ letter. I sent it to the NY Times but they never acknowledged or published it. However, it hit the internet and according to the ‘experts’ has had over 500,000 hits.

Dear President Obama: 

You are the thirteenth President under whom I have lived and unlike any of the others, you truly scare me. 

You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing about you. 

You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and housing with no visible signs of support. 

You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth growing up in America and culturally you are not an American. 

You scare me because you have never run a company or met a payroll. 

You scare me because you have never had military experience, thus don’t understand it at it’s core. 

You scare me because you lack humility and ‘class’, always blaming others. 

You scare me because for over half your life you have aligned yourself with radical extremists who hate America and you refuse to publicly denounce these radicals who wish to see America fail.

You scare me because you want to change America to a European style country where the government sector dominates instead of the private sector.

You scare me because you have begun to use ‘extortion’ tactics against certain banks and corporations. 

You scare me because your own political party shrinks from challenging you on your wild and irresponsible spending proposals. 

You scare me because you will not openly listen to or even consider opposing points of view from intelligent people. 

You scare me because you falsely believe that you are both omnipotent and omniscient.

The Truth about Secession

Secession is a Peaceful Act

What is this concept, secession, we’re beginning to hear trumpeted more frequently?  “Secession” means a separation from a community of a part of that community – Black’s Law Dictionary.  Simply put, secession is one party’s voluntary withdrawal, or disassociation from another party – it necessitates no attack, no usurpation, no threats, no takeover, no violence – secession is a peaceful act.

Violence need only enter the picture because of a despotic tyrant, an egomaniacal dictator, a despised king, or an abusive spouse who simply can’t stand the idea of their captive, their subject, or their victim, rightfully choosing for themselves to escape his grasp – to leave his control.  In fact, coercion and, frequently, armed force are the favorite instruments of these perpetrators to halt a secession from their corrupt empire.

Perhaps the most remarkable gift of all, bequeathed to us by our Founders, came about from their careful study of the secular philosophy of the Western Enlightenment, and the 18^th century emergence of the “Age of Reason”, made so vividly accessible to the common man by Thomas Paine, and the realization that each individual person was sovereign – literally, “his own king” – never to be ruled over by another.  And yet, our Founders knew these philosophical advances must be forged harmonious with the Laws of Nature, those given to us by our Creator (not by any man).  Natural Laws, be it those of physics, economics, or our inherent human rights, must not only be discovered and understood by man, in order to harness their maximum usefulness, but at the same time it must be recognized they are timeless and immutable, God-given, and therefore, are “unalienable” – in other words, our natural rights can never be diminished, altered, or abolished by man, because they were never created by him!

Not only did our Founding Fathers recognize these miraculous discoveries, but they infused our founding documents with them, laying down in indelible ink for future generations a new form of government, forged from these natural laws, and of their best ideals – to greatly advance civilization for us, their posterity.  And, to this day, we are the heirs of the greatest civilization yet devised - if we can keep it from self-destruction.  And at the very heart of our founding principles and ideals are the natural rights to “self-determination”, leading to the sacred rights of “life”, “property”, and “free association” among others – generally referred to as one’s Freedom, and Liberty.

Not long after a famous Tea Party took place in Boston harbor, and much other ‘rabble-rousing’, our Founding Father’s campaign of secession, from the grips of British tyranny, began in earnest upon our formal Declaration of Independence from the British Empire in July of 1776.  Our core justification, as stated in the Declaration, was that no government was legitimate but for the permission of its People.  We declared our self-determination to the world:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. -That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. -That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness…

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by the Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States;…”

As one can clearly see, three of the most critical principles justifying our existence as an American civilization, by successfully gaining our independence from European oligarchs are:

• 1) The individual Citizen, of We the People, is sovereign.
• 2) The People will decide, and legitimize, how they will be governed.
• 3) American Self-Determination, the maximization of the individual’s Freedom – via free exercise of their sacred natural rights: among others, of Life, Liberty, and Free Association.

Once gaining our rightful independence, our Founders set about forging a new document, our Supreme Law, which would hopefully strengthen the union among the independent States by prescribing a structure for a new, highly limited federal government, a delineation of separated powers, and the enumeration of some essential Citizen’s rights, highlighted explicitly in the Bill of Rights.  This document, our government’s blueprint was, of course, our new U.S. Constitution.

From a structural standpoint, the most remarkable aspect of this new document was its separation of powers in general, and the concept of “federalism” in particular.  This made it most unique in history, and probably was its greatest contribution to the world regarding political science.  What is it?  Federalism is the concept of multiple, or ‘divided sovereignty’, where some power was defined at the federal level while all the rest was the domain of the individual States.  As it turns out, because the individual, free and independent States granted a small and limited amount of authority to the federal government to provide for certain common needs, as the States’ agent, the remainder and the vast majority of power (sovereignty) remained with each individual State (as it states clearly in Amendment X.)

Alexis de Tocqueville, in his world-renown report on our unique form of government Democracy in America, revealed, “The Union was formed by the voluntary agreement of the States; in uniting together they have not forfeited their nationality, nor have they been reduced to the condition of one and the same people.  If one of the states chooses to withdraw from the compact, it would be difficult to disapprove its right of doing so, and the Federal Government would have no means of maintaining its claims directly either by force or right.”

Why is federalism so remarkable?  Because the political power was divided amongst State and Federal, and thus “total power” was shared between them, one side provided a check on political hegemony over the other!  This had never been done before in history.  In other words, the true structure of Federalism not only provided a division of power, but one entity could “check” (file suit, protest, ignore, partially comply, etc.) the other if one were becoming abusive.  It also means, via the many independent States and their respective governments, with their own unique laws and local customs, that a person has a choice of where to live which best suits their individual desires.  The People, having this choice of governments is perhaps the greatest check of all - for governments then have a large incentive to behave themselves by being attentive to the wishes of its own Citizens. (You may recognize this principle in economics – this incredible, essential benefit is called “competition”)  When Lincoln brainwashed the public into believing that States’ Rights did not exist, and therefore the only “choice” we really have is a singular leviathan Federal Government – it leads us straight to the exploding federal tyranny we are witnessing today.

NC Reminds:  Remember a few years back when it was discovered that the cable guys were being trained how to spot “suspicious abuse in the family”? Big Bubby is Watching You!

First, it was a Missouri Analysis and Information Center (MIAC) report; then it was a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) report; now it is a New York congressman’s bill. Each of these items, taken on their own, is problematic enough; taken together they portend “a clear and present danger” to the liberties of the American people. It is getting very serious now.

As readers may recall, the MIAC report profiled certain people as being potential violence-prone “militia members”: including people who supported Presidential candidates Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and myself. In addition, anyone who opposed one or more of the following were also included in the list: the New World Order, the U.N., gun control, the violation of Posse Comitatus, the Federal Reserve, the Income Tax, the Ammunition Accountability Act, a possible Constitutional Convention, the North American Union, the Universal Service Program, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), abortion on demand, or illegal immigration.

Barak Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetero, POTUS No. 44 moved into the White House on January 20, 2009.  At the end of his 100 days in office, a very clear and foreboding picture has emerged.

Born of a Moslem father, and later adopted by a Moslem, he grew up as Barry Soetero in Moslem Indonesia, and received sufficient Islamic tutelage during his formative years to assure that he is a Moslem first and foremost.  He has maintained close ties with his Moslem family in Kenya , an action which further enhances his Islamic credentials.  While he pretends to be otherwise, his fifth columnist actions are increasingly revealing.

In his book, THE AUDACITY OF HOPE (his Mein Kampf), he vowed to side with Moslems against the Jews ( Israel ).  He is clearly an anti-Semite who pretends to be otherwise, and is thus effectively following long established Moslem practices and strategies of using misguided useful fool Jews (because of their superior capabilities) against other Jews and gentiles, a form of divide and conquer.

For twenty years, he attended a Chicago church and became close with his spiritual mentor, Jeremiah Wright, a faux pastor rumored to be a former Moslem.  Wright’s sermons often mentioned ‘god’ in contexts similar to when Moslem preachers speak of Allah.  It would appear that Wright cleverly used ‘god’ rather than Allah to avoid drawing attention to himself and the content of his anti-Semitic, anti-American, hate-the-white-man tirades.

Obama/Soetero’s wife, Michelle has an anti-white (anti-American) history, and only developed pride in America after Obama/Soetero won the Democratic party primary election.

Subsequent to his being elected as President, Obama/Soetero has spent about a million dollars with teams of lawyers to block as many of his records as possible, records that the American people deserve to know about.  One of those records is his birth certificate, if one even exists.  A simple birth certificate should be available to everyone, but he has done everything possible to block revealing this information.  His efforts to block this are clear to anyone with reasonable cognitive skills.  There is a probability bordering on absolute certainty that his American birth certificate does not exist.  Lacking a legitimate, bonafides, verifiable and legal American birth certificate, he is not eligible to be President of the USA .

Among other things, using other restraining efforts he blocked Occidental college from releasing transcripts and school records until this blockage was released under an appeal.  Those now revealed records show that he was an adult (age eighteen) when he enrolled as an Indonesian citizen.
