Different? or just a good marketer?

The political Left in the United States is making a grave mistake in diminishing and dismissing the anger of the American people. Where it may be common place for liberals, Leftists, neo-Marxists and Progressive-Leftists to take to the streets over anything and everything, including a change of wind direction, it is entirely a different story with conservatives and Republicans. Conservatives and Republicans don’t march in the streets for anything. The fact that they have now taken to the streets in protest of massive government spending and government’s encroachment into our liberties speaks volumes to those who would listen.

“Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death!”

An amazing thing happened on the way to America’s socialistic demise…a revolution has fomented. Born of a righteous anger centered on wasteful and special interest government spending, lack of honest representation in government, a move toward transforming the United States Constitutional Republic into a Socialist Democracy, excessive taxation and many more constitutionally based grievances, conservatives, traditionalists and Republicans, as well as centrists, independents and Democrats, took to the streets of just about every congressional district to protest a behemoth runaway government run by an elitist and opportunistic political class. From Chicago to New York, St. Louis to San Francisco, St. Paul to Austin and Miami to Portland, hard-working, taxpaying Americans, who aren’t too often moved to taking to the streets in protest, took to the streets to redress their government.

What makes this “protest” more important and more potent than any petition drive, any email, letter writing or phone campaign, is that it moved conservatives, traditionalists and Republicans to take to the streets, something that in most every instance and in every circumstance they are not wont to do. The question that is being asked now is this: Will this movement grow and gather strength enough to affect real, meaningful and constitutionally friendly “change” or will conservatives, traditionalists and Republicans fall prey to their traditional boogey-man, factionalism?

The Conservative Challenge

For decades– both in my political life and for as long as I have been writing and publishing – I have contended that conservatives and Republicans – the Right – aren’t cohesive. Since entering into the new media publishing and non-profit educational venues I have come to understand that they don’t financially support the organizations and publications that carry the water for them; who defend the traditionalist ideology from mainstream media and Leftist attacks. They employ ideological litmus tests for their prospective candidates instead of selecting candidates that would dedicate their public service to preserving their individual rights to pursue their special interests. And it is obvious to anyone but those walking around with eyes wide shut that it takes an act outrageous and egregious to motivate conservatives and Republicans to the streets in protest.

While this analysis may sound harsh (and with regard to the lack of financial support for those who carry the water for conservatism it is meant to be), for the most part there is an underlying philosophical reason for the differences between the pack mentality of the Left and the individualism of the Right. Where the Left leans more toward identifying our populace in the collective (what’s good for the country is good for the individual), the Right identifies our populace as individuals who, together, make up the whole (what is good for the individual is good for the country). This individualist philosophy lends itself to self-sufficiency and individual responsibility which leads to a community of people who believe that solutions come from individuals and not government. This, of course, leads to a civically responsible community.

A vulnerability that exists in extreme individualism is that it leads to a community of individuals who always want to be the leader. We’ve all heard the phrase, “Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.” When everyone believes that their way of achieving things is the best, factions develop that impede the whole of the community from being effective in achieving common goals.

A prime example of this can be found in the ideological litmus test for political candidates. Instead of supporting candidates that would fight to protect an individual’s right to pursue matters important to the individual, factions within the conservative community threaten to withhold support if their individual special interests, the subjects and issues most important to them, are not embraced by candidates. Using the individualist philosophy in political pursuits instead of measuring candidates on their dedication to preserving and defending the individuals’ rights to pursue their individual interests makes it next to impossible to not only come to a consensus on a candidate, but slate a candidate that can beat the Left’s cohesive, pack-mentality voting style.

Extreme individualism is also the main reason that the Right continually falls to the Left in establishing and funding political action and advocacy groups. It is the primary reason why, even though there are people on the right side of the ideological aisle who have even more money than neo-Marxist financier George Soros, there are no groups like MoveOn.org, America Coming Together, Media Matters, etc. Those ideological groups that do exist on the right side of the ideological aisle are almost always extremely limited in what they can do to combat the Leftists because they are so underfunded.

This is why the events of April 15th, 2009, are so incredible and important in and of themselves. It would seem that the acts outrageous and egregious have occurred at the hand of our government, so much so and for so long that – to borrow a line from a Bob Dylan song, “…the times, they are a changin’.”

The Beneficiaries of American Political Apathy

The American Fifth Column – an association of one-worlders, neo-Marxists, Progressive-Leftists, Communists, Socialists and anarchists, to name some of the more notable groups – has successfully intruded into our daily lives by implementing a shadow set of societal laws in “political correctness”; a shadow set of rules antithetical to the United States Constitution. This is true to such an extent that elected officials are basing the creation of legislation on these tenets, tenets directly taken from the Marxist-Leninist philosophy. From hate crime laws whose definitions are open to ideological interpretation to the mass redistribution of wealth currently being perpetrated upon the American people by the Obama Administration to the government funded indoctrination of our children into special interest ideology via the public schools system, the elements of our society that believe government is the answer have infiltrated every avenue of our lives and they have placed the importance of their ideology above even the proper execution of representative government.

But most disturbing is that the American Fifth Column has so successfully employed the tactics of Marxist “community organizer” Saul Alinsky  to achieve their goal – the radical transformation of America’s social and economic structure – that they have taken control of the US government. Nancy Pelosi’s oligarchy in the US House of Representatives, combined with the almost filibuster-proof Democrat majority in the US Senate, place the Legislative Branch firmly in control of the neo-Marxist wing of the Democrat Party. President Obama – who has talked unabashedly about “economic justice” and the “arrogance” of the United States and who is a self-declared “community organizer” in the mold of the Alinsky model – has populated his administration with far-Left ideologues – many from the Clinton Administration – including many members of the biased and agendized mainstream media.

As real, hard-working Americans from all walks of life – rich, poor, religious, non-religious, Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, Independent, white, black, yellow, brown, male and female – took to the streets to send a message to their elected officials; those elected to office to represent the best interests of their constituencies, not their political parties, perhaps the most organized and vicious threat to our Constitutional Republic took to the airwaves to discredit, diminish and otherwise smear We the People: the mainstream media.

Make no mistake, while the neo-Marxists elected to office are a threat to our liberty and freedom, to our Constitutional Republic, they wouldn’t be able to come close to the success they have seen so far if it weren’t for the propagandists in the mainstream media. The mainstream media disingenuously and blatantly violated their constitutionally mandated responsibility to act as citizen’s advocate by championing the Obama campaign in the 2008 elections. By refusing to ask the tough questions and selectively airing favorable coverage of the Obama campaign, while criticizing the McCain campaign for even the most benign faux pas, they ensured a victory for Barack Obama thus violating the public trust. True journalism is dead in the mainstream media. It has been replaced by a propaganda dissemination mechanism that would have made Nazi propaganda chief Josef Goebbels envious. With regard to the tea parties two examples stand out…

Slanted, Biased "Reporter", Bill Press

Radio talk show host, Bill Press, on FOX News, April 14th, tried to float the idea that nefarious conservative organizations were behind the organizing of the nationwide tea party assemblage, saying he ”didn’t see anything genuine or see anything real” about the protests. He advanced a ridiculous theory that because advocate organizations and politicians decided to get on board with the public outrage that they somehow were pulling the strings of the total of protesters from coast-to-coast. Press may understand protests on the Left to be funded by nefarious political and ideological forces – George Soros, MoveOn.org, America Coming Together, Media Matters, the Communist and Socialist Parties, etc. – but conservatives and Republicans aren’t that adept at organizing “march-in-the-street” protests.

Another came from CNN’s Susan Roesgen who displayed a level of elitism in her interviewing of tea party protesters in Chicago heretofore unseen throughout the history of journalism. Roesgen questioned one protester whose frustration with Barack Obama’s totalitarian governmental style led him to equate it to the political stylings of a young, pre-holocaust Adolf Hitler.

Forgetting that fascism exists on the left side of an accurate political spectrum, Roesgen chastised the protester for being “offensive.” One must question how offended she was when the same thing was happening to President George W. Bush. Then Roesgen, under the guise of asking a question, lectured and entered into debate with another protester before cutting him off and declaring that the entire protest was orchestrated by FOX News and was, in fact, “anti-government,” “anti-CNN” and “not family viewing.”

This blatant disregard for the public’s genuine anger lends credence to the argument that the mainstream media is not only in the tank for the Obama Administration, but that they have reached such a level of elitism, possessing such an agenda-driven arrogance, that they have literally become not only an enemy of the Charters of Freedom but an enemy of the people.

Overthrowing Men Who Pervert the Constitution

According to the recently released DHS threat assessment titled, Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic & Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization & Recruitment, my proclivity to actively defend the US Constitution, to actively question a reckless government that has strayed from the principles set forth by our Founders and Framers – principles born of Natural Law and Judeo-Christian values, principles that forged a Constitutional Republic, defines me as a threat to our nation. According to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano (please tell me again what her qualifications for this post are?) because I am angry about the government’s abdication of effective representative government I am a threat to the nation, along with US soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan and each and every American who turned out for the tea parties across the nation. Both Napolitano and President Obama – for his silence on the matter – consider We the People “the enemy.”

As of this writing, there are 564 days until the 2010 midterm elections. The questions that remains are these:

• Will this truly patriotic movement continue to grow?
• Will those who took to the streets on April 15th, 2009, continue to do so until the totalitarian forces of the neo-Marxist Progressive-Left are vanquished once and for all?
• Or will conservative, traditionalists, Republicans, concerned centrists and honest Democrats look at their singular achievement and say job well-done as they retreat to the status quo?

To be sure, if the mid-term elections had been held on the day of the tea parties I truly believe most incumbents would have been ousted from office. The anger is that concentrated. But the past holds the truth of the future and it shows that – traditionally – conservatives are hard pressed to maintain cohesiveness over a prolonged period of time. Truthfully, I hope I am proven wrong on this point. The fact is, our nation’s future depends on me being wrong.

After the attack on Pearl Harbor, Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto is credited with having said, “I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve.” If the Left is smart – and that is truly being questioned by many Americans – they will form a new-found respect for the admiral’s words with regard to the events of April 15th, 2009.

If the Right is smart, and in their awakening it appears they are, they will realize this needs to be an ongoing effort, that there is hard work ahead, that everyone must act cohesively and that…

…the revolution starts now!

“Cheered wildly by U.S. troops,” begins Jennifer Democratic Operative Loven’s AP report on Obama’s surprise visit to Iraq on Tuesday.

Quite a contrast to the silent treatment Marines gave Obama at his Camp LeJeune speech in late February. Just how did Obama manage to fix that little problem?

According to a sergeant in Iraq :

We were pre-screened, asked by officials “Who voted for Obama?”, and then those who raised their hands were shuffled to the front of the receiving line. They even handed out digital cameras and asked them to hold them up. [Via Macsmind.]

As supporting evidence for the digital-cameras part of the story, the sergeant (or Mac, can’t tell which), suggests that the identical cameras can be verified in the AP photos. Looks right:

So will the press cover this evidence of a staged and unrepresentative show of military affection for our anti-military president? The reporters were there. Did they actually see the troops being sorted by whether they voted for Obama, which the sergeant describes as happening on the spot?

Stephen Hurst’s AP report is upfront about Obama’s fervent desire for a hero’s welcome:

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama went for the defining television shot by capping his first extended foreign tour with a surprise visit to Iraq.

He got it – pictures of hundreds of U.S. troops cheering wildly as he told them it was time for the Iraqis to take charge of their own future.

Just no mention of HOW Obama managed to fake this response: Obama lover’s to the front!

FLASHBACK: How the press treated the merest impression of a staged troop response under President Bush, even when there was no actual manipulation

Remember this headline from 2005:

It dominated the headlines and the television news-analysis for days, and the fabricated scandal was utterly dishonest. The so-called “staging” involved no manipulation whatsoever. A group of soldiers who were scheduled for a televised chat with President Bush were “caught on tape” discussing ahead of time who would answer questions on what subjects. There was NO discussion of WHAT should be said.

Now there is evidence that Obama perpetrated an actual fraud right under the watching eyes of the press, handpicking Obama voters to represent on television the views of our soldiers, and the press reports nothing but the fraudulent story.

Piling it on

Of course the AP stories about Obama’s surprise Iraq trip are larded with other bits of pro-Obama, anti-Bush disinformation as well. Hurst ends with his own interpretation of the glorious new age of Obama:

The world has been alerted to a new U.S. approach that breaks with the “go it alone” style of Bush.

“Go it alone” as in going into Iraq with a coalition of 40 countries and an evenly split minority party (same degree of Democrat support in the Senate as opposition in the House).

Neither did the press note the glaring counter-factuals in Obama’s speech. From The New York Times:

The president said that it was time for Iraqis “to take responsibility for their country and for their sovereignty.”

So why does it take Gateway Pundit to point out that sovereignty has already been transferred in 13 of 18 provinces?

It is called the Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education Act (The Give Act.) The House is scheduled to Rule this week. Sponsored by Democrat Representative Carolyn McCarthy (NY), Education and Labor Committee. The objective is to reauthorize and reform the national service laws.

NC Reminds:  The gub’ment DOES NOT POSSESS a RIGHT to REQUIRE individuals to give three years of their time to some “service”.  Show me this right!  

The Government has the right to require individuals to give 3 years service under the guise of “volunteer” service. It talks about uniforms and “camps.” They revise the word “camps” and call it “campus.” There is also language about Seniors and Community organizations.

What's the real agenda?

NC sez:  We all know,  that out of no where,  faux bama shows up,  and wins a presidential election.  We all know that he hung out and was trained by marxists like Frank Marshall Davis, Bill, terrorist, Ayers, and his so called Black “Liberation” theologian, and Marxist pastor, Jeremiah Wright.  

So why is it so hard to believe that he holds fast to marxist ideals?   In the past,  I did a few articles comparing faux bama’s “BluePrint Plan to change America” with the Communist Manisfesto which provided more prove of his intentions.

All of this is mounting evidence that the obamunist, and his ilk, are intentionally trying to destroy this country. It’s no secret that obamunists create a crisis and victims of that crisis so they can pretend like they have the solution.  The real agenda is to destroy those who create jobs, who grow economies, which make nations great.  

Listen to faux-bama’s words, look at his behavior, and look at the behavior of his fellow traitors also known as congress critters.  I can guarantee you that our economy will get worse throughout his usurpation.  There will be more  control over you as an individual.  What I will never get is why anyone individual would want to be control by a gub’ment.  I will never understand that. Even bums don’t want to be controlled, they just want the hands out!  

Can America and her uniqueness survive this war for control over the individual?  Yes, she can IF her people decide to face reality and fight back!  Read this piece and decide for yourself if this is not happening as we speak!  Leaders in the communist party, way back when,  said they would take over this country without firing a shot.  Have they?  Did they do what they said they would do?  Why would they want to destroy America? First proposed in 1966 and named after Columbia University sociologists Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, the “Cloward-Piven Strategy” seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse. 

NC Asks:  Why do theses socialists hate capitalism so much?  Because of free markets more people have been freed from slavery and poverty than haven’t been freed.  All you have to do is compare the free market system to the socialist economic system and you will see with your own eyes who creates freedom for people and which system does not!  Why do commies INSIST that free markets create slavery?  Read on.  

Inspired by the August 1965 riots in the black district of Watts in Los Angeles (which erupted after police had used batons to subdue a black man suspected of drunk driving), Cloward and Piven published an article titled “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty” in the May 2, 1966 issue of The Nation. Following its publication, The Nation sold an unprecedented 30,000 reprints. Activists were abuzz over the so-called “crisis strategy” or “Cloward-Piven Strategy,” as it came to be called. Many were eager to put it into effect.

NC sez:  See, there is nothing new in the tactics of people like al-Gore and the faux bama.  They create crisis and a ploy, a tactic, a strategy to destroy this country.  I see al-Gore isn’t hampered by poverty, or even a middle class life style yet he sure doesn’t want YOU to achieve!  Why is that? Remember what that freak Michael Moore said, “You can’t handle being wealthy!”  

In their 1966 article, Cloward and Piven charged that the ruling classes (NC points out: the commie word for those who are rich and create jobs for others.) used welfare to weaken the poor; (NC sez:  When the commies say that those who are rich and create jobs weakens the poor they are dead right on.  Why?  because then there are less poor and less evidence that a communist economic system works, and boy they can’t have that on their lying hands) actually that by providing a social safety net, the rich doused the fires of rebellion. Poor people can advance only when “the rest of society is afraid of them,” Cloward told The New York Times on September 27, 1970. Rather than placating the poor with government hand-outs, wrote Cloward and Piven, activists should work to sabotage and destroy the welfare system; the collapse of the welfare state would ignite a political and financial crisis that would rock the nation; poor people would rise in revolt; only then would “the rest of society” accept their demands. 

NC points out:  We see this part of the plan hasn’t worked.  We have big bubby handouts more than ever these days! 

The key to sparking this rebellion would be to expose the inadequacy of the welfare state. Cloward-Piven’s early promoters cited radical organizer Saul Alinsky as their inspiration. “Make the enemy live up to their (sic) own book of rules,” Alinsky wrote in his 1972 book Rules for Radicals. When pressed to honor every word of every law and statute, every Judaeo-Christian moral tenet, and every implicit promise of the liberal social contract, human agencies inevitably fall short. The system’s failure to “live up” to its rule book can then be used to discredit it altogether, and to replace the capitalist “rule book” with a socialist one. 

NC points out:  Every time you hear a liberal expect perfection out of another human being this is where they’re getting their tactics from!    My question is this:  Why does the commies think they can live up to their own rule book?  It’s only logic that if you tax people out of work then who is going to pay for all of this crap?  Since we already know from world history that a commie economic system doesn’t work then this plan really is about an elitist group plundering the treasury and having power which will lead to mass death.  It happens every time.  Is that freedom?  It’s laughable! 

The authors noted that the number of Americans subsisting on welfare — about 8 million, at the time — probably represented less than half the number who were technically eligible for full benefits. They proposed a “massive drive to recruit the poor onto the welfare rolls.”  Cloward and Piven calculated that persuading even a fraction of potential welfare recipients to demand their entitlements would bankrupt the system. The result, they predicted, would be “a profound financial and political crisis” that would unleash “powerful forces … for major economic reform at the national level.”

NC asks:  What is this major economic reform that they want to unleash at the national level?  

Their article called for “cadres of aggressive organizers” to use “demonstrations to create a climate of militancy.” Intimidated by threats of black violence, politicians would appeal to the federal government for help. Carefully orchestrated media campaigns, carried out by friendly, leftwing journalists, would float the idea of “a federal program of income redistribution,” in the form of a guaranteed living income for all — working and non-working people alike. Local officials would clutch at this idea like drowning men to a lifeline. They would apply pressure on Washington to implement it. With every major city erupting into chaos, Washington would have to act.

NC sez:  Ask yourself why would anyone want people to be equal in their income levels instead of encouraging a system that allows people the freedom to gain as much wealth as possible in their lives for the lives of their posterity?  Why are these communists afraid of economic freedom?  

This was an example of what are commonly called Trojan Horse movements — mass movements whose outward purpose seems to be providing material help to the downtrodden, but whose real objective is to draft poor people into service as revolutionary foot soldiers; to mobilize poor people en masse to overwhelm government agencies with a flood of demands beyond the capacity of those agencies to meet. The flood of demands was calculated to break the budget, jam the bureaucratic gears into gridlock, and bring the system crashing down. Fear, turmoil, violence and economic collapse would accompany such a breakdown — providing perfect conditions for fostering radical change. That was the theory.

NC Asks:  Again, what is this radical change they want to force?

Cloward and Piven recruited a militant black organizer named George Wiley to lead their new movement. In the summer of 1967, Wiley founded the National Welfare Rights Organization (NWRO). His tactics closely followed the recommendations set out in Cloward and Piven’s article. His followers invaded welfare offices across the United States — often violently — bullying social workers and loudly demanding every penny to which the law “entitled” them. By 1969, NWRO claimed a dues-paying membership of 22,500 families, with 523 chapters across the nation.

NC states:  A welfare union, with all the thuggish tactics of a labor union but for the lazy! 

Regarding Wiley’s tactics, The New York Times commented on September 27, 1970, “There have been sit-ins in legislative chambers, including a United States Senate committee hearing, mass demonstrations of several thousand welfare recipients, school boycotts, picket lines, mounted police, tear gas, arrests – and, on occasion, rock-throwing, smashed glass doors, overturned desks, scattered papers and ripped-out phones.”These methods proved effective. “The flooding succeeded beyond Wiley’s wildest dreams,” writes Sol Stern in the City Journal.  ”From 1965 to 1974, the number of single-parent households on welfare soared from 4.3 million to 10.8 million, despite mostly flush economic times. By the early 1970s, one person was on the welfare rolls in New York City for every two working in the city’s private economy.“As a direct result of its massive welfare spending, New York City was forced to declare bankruptcy in 1975. The entire state of New York nearly went down with it. The Cloward-Piven strategy had proved its effectiveness.

The Cloward-Piven strategy depended on surprise. Once society recovered from the initial shock, the backlash began. New York’s welfare crisis horrified America, giving rise to a reform movement which culminated in “the end of welfare as we know it” — the 1996 Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act, which imposed time limits on federal welfare, along with strict eligibility and work requirements. Both Cloward and Piven attended the White House signing of the bill as guests of President Clinton.

Most Americans to this day have never heard of Cloward and Piven. But New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani attempted to expose them in the late 1990s. As his drive for welfare reform gained momentum, Giuliani accused the militant scholars by name, citing their 1966 manifesto as evidence that they had engaged in deliberate economic sabotage. “This wasn’t an accident,” Giuliani charged in a 1997 speech. “It wasn’t an atmospheric thing, it wasn’t supernatural. This is the result of policies and programs designed to have the maximum number of people get on welfare.”

Cloward and Piven never again revealed their intentions as candidly as they had in their 1966 article. Even so, their activism in subsequent years continued to rely on the tactic of overloading the system. When the public caught on to their welfare scheme, Cloward and Piven simply moved on, applying pressure to other sectors of the bureaucracy, wherever they detected weakness.

NC points out:  And to this day, we see this same tactic being applied to other issues like militant homosexuality, death cult ideologies like abortion, infanticide, elderly and handicap “death with dignity” lies!  This is all designed to weed out the population, get rid of people, less strain on the commie economic system. 

In 1982, partisans of the Cloward-Piven strategy founded a new “voting rights movement,” which purported to take up the unfinished work of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Like ACORN, the organization that spear-headed this campaign, the new “voting rights” movement was led by veterans of George Wiley’s welfare rights crusade. Its flagship organizations were Project Vote and Human SERVE, both founded in 1982. Project Vote is an ACORN front group, launched by former NWRO organizer and ACORN co-founder Zach Polett. Human SERVE was founded by Richard A. Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, along with a former NWRO organizer named Hulbert James.

NC ponders:  Yep, now this tactic is to create a crisis,  but the hidden agenda, really,  is to keep blacks on the plantation–in a modern sense of course, keep that confrontation going, keep the lie, “that you are a victim of the big bad WHITE rich oppressor.”   Gee, if we took these same people, taught them how wonderful they are, and that they have their own gifts and talents and that they possess everything in them to succeed,  how long would the big bubby programs last?  How long would it be that the out of control gub’ment would no longer be needed?  Oh my gosh,  we can’t have that now can we? 

All three of these organizations — ACORN, Project Vote and Human SERVE — set to work lobbying energetically for the so-called Motor-Voter law, which Bill Clinton ultimately signed in 1993. The Motor-Voter bill is largely responsible for swamping the voter rolls with “dead  wood” — invalid registrations signed in the name of deceased, ineligible or non-existent people -- (NC reminds:  Don’t forget dogs too!  After all, dogs are people too!) thus opening the door to the unprecedented  levels of voter fraud and “voter disenfranchisement” claims that followed in subsequent elections.

NC points out:  And this is why our elections can no longer be trusted anymore, this and black box voting.  I truly believe that almost every election since this disgusting piece of legislation was enacted that the elections are a sham.  An entire investigation has to be launched on every voting district in America.  Anyone responsible for illegal elections should be imprisoned for life without parole for the devastation that has been caused to the taxpayer’s treasury. If people like Made-Off can go to prison for life for the ponzi schemes he perpetrated then so can anyone who has stolen elections and the devastations it has caused to America! 

The new “voting rights” coalition combines mass voter registration drives -- typically featuring high levels of fraud -- with systematic intimidation of election officials in the form of frivolous lawsuits, unfounded charges of “racism” and “disenfranchisement,” and “direct action” (street protests, violent or otherwise). (NC reminds: remember the black ACORN thugs wielding clubs to intimidated voters in Philly last November. You can see that video in my vodpod located in the sidebar) Just as they swamped America’s welfare offices in the 1960s, Cloward-Piven devotees now seek to overwhelm the nation’s understaffed and poorly policed electoral system. Their tactics set the stage for the Florida recount crisis of 2000, and have introduced a level of fear, tension and foreboding to U.S. elections heretofore encountered mainly in Third World countries.  

Both the Living Wage and Voting Rights movements depend heavily on financial support from George Soros‘s Open Society Institute and his “Shadow Party,” through whose support the Cloward-Piven strategy continues to provide a blueprint for some of the Left’s most ambitious campaigns.

NC points out:  Today, Soros is shorting America’s economy and instigating electronic bank runs. Something he also accomplished recently in Britain.  The bottom line is this:  communists hate individuality and freedom!  If YOU think you can make it on your own then what is the need for gub’ment? Just like we will always have poverty on planet earth,  we will always have those who want to will their power over us! We have to be diligent. We have to WANT to water the Tree of Liberty with THEIR blood. The are haters of humanity. They are haters of freedom and life.  You and I have no need for them because we possess everything within us to make our own lives work with NO HELP from big bubby!  That is the one thing the marxist swine are so desperately afraid of–individuality and freedom and faith in YHVH rather in a marxist totalitarian state!  I can guarantee you,  that if we took these so called poor, disenfranchised,  oppressed people,  and taught them they possessed everything within them to succeed, they would be so fired up,  and angry that they were used by power-trippers that they would start a revolution, alright! Motion to Reconsider

Petitioners, by and through their undersigned counsel of record, submit this motion for reconsideration due to the following reasons:

The Clerk of this Court, Danny Bickel, of his own volition and on his own authority refused to file of record, docket, and forward to the Chief Justice and Associate Justices Petitioners’ Supplemental Brief presented on January 15, 2009. 

The Rules of this Court provide that supplemental briefs are allowed, when there is a new law or changed circumstance in the case. 

On January 8^, 2009, Barack Obama was confirmed as President by the Congress, at which time it was timely to file a supplemental brief, requesting this Court to determine that Mr. Obama is not eligible to serve, according to the terms of the Constitution. 

 According to the 20^th amendment Mr. Biden must be appointed president pro tempore, until the president qualifies or new president is chosen. 

This supplemental motion has made the underlining petition proper and timely according to the changed circumstances of the electoral vote and subsequent confirmation of Congress. 

The Clerk of this Court, Mr. Bickel categorically refused to file this brief in the docket, stating that he would send it back to the undersigned counsel with explanation. Nothing was sent back and no explanation provided.

Due to the fact that all mention of this case was erased from the docket of the Supreme Court on January 21,  2009, one day after the inauguration and two days before this Court was to meet regarding this matter, this sua sponte action by somebody, which prejudiced the cause of the petitioners. 

Only after numerous phone calls from outraged citizens, members of the media and state representatives, was the case reentered on the docket in the evening of January the 22^nd, shortly before the meeting of the Justices held on the morning of January 23^rd. 

No explanation was provided by the Supreme Court for this occurrence.

When an attorney, licensed with the Supreme Court, Ms. Teresa Ward, called the court to inquire about the location online of the docket, a deputy clerk put her on hold for several minutes, then claimed that all dockets were unavailable due to a computer error that affected all cases.  However Ms. Ward could clearly see other case dockets, going back years, including closed cases which had not been erased,  This was done by performing a name search using ‘Lightfoot,’ as the search term.

 Similarly, after the case was reentered on the docket, Mr. Bickel claimed, that the case never disappeared.  However, a number of citizens have written affidavits and screenshots were made of the case disappearing from the docket and reappearing at a later date.  

Further, a few days before hearing this petition in the conference of the full Supreme Court, eight out of nine Supreme Court Justices had a private closed door meeting with Mr. Obama, who was a party of  interest in this action and the subject of this petition, wherein there may have been ex parte communication that prejudiced the petitioners. 

Further, on March 9, 2009 at a book signing ceremony in Los Angeles, California the undersigned counsel had an opportunity to talk to Associate Justice Scalia, as he was signing her books, and she had an opportunity to ask about this case and inquired , as to why the case was not forwarded from the conference to the oral argument. Justice Scalia had no knowledge about this case. Similarly he had no knowledge about any cases brought in front of the Supreme Court, that challenged Obama’s eligibility for presidency. The only reasonable explanation is that the clerks of the court did not provide the case to the Justices at all or summarized them in a light, that is unfavorable to the petitioners, which is prejudicial.. 

At a reception held in Los Angeles, California, on March 9^th, Justice Scalia has told the audience of some 300 attorneys, members of the media, business and entertainment industries, that the cases are heard in the Supreme Court based on importance. He reiterated that it is not the beauty of the argument and legal reasoning, but importance of the case. 

The instant case, dealing with a fundamental Constitutional question, affecting each and every citizen of these United States, in alleging a complete lack of legitimacy in the presidency of Barack Obama is a question of great public importance.

  It was supposedly heard by the full conference of nine Justices on January 23^rd and yet, the Justices did not think this issue to be important enough to forward to the next step, to the open court for argument on the merits of the case. 

At the same time it was announced on the radio that the Supreme Court has heard a case dealing with the rights of smokers of light cigarettes to sue tobacco industry; and two Justices, including Chief Justice Roberts, have written lengthy opinions on this issue. 

 The undersigned reiterates that at issue is the probable illegal usurpation of our highest elected office by a foreign national, a citizen of Indonesia and possibly still a citizen of Kenya and Great Britain, Barry Soetoro, a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama.

Were these allegations the case, and taken true as pled for the purposes of this Motion, any party illegally usurping the position of the President of the United States and Commander in Chief of all the US Armed forces and assuming control of our nuclear arsenal would be in a position to devastate not only the United States but the world.

The undersigned reasonably believes that based upon the above, and in light of the statistics that the court’s clerks sort through some 80,000 cases that are submitted to the Supreme Court each year and pick 0.1% – roughly 80 – which are considered the most deserving cases, the clerks that are preparing the summaries for the justices, have never shown the instant case to the Justices or have summarized it in a false light.

Further, attached hereto and incorporated by reference is a letter from the magazine World Net Daily, showing that 326,841 American citizens have signed a petition requesting this Court to hear this matter. 

Aside from the petition, World Net Daily has delivered to the Supreme Court 540,000 individual form petitions: 60,000 for each Justice.

In addition, it is estimated that some 100,000 Americans have faxed or mailed petitions drafted by themselves, not form petitions to this Court, in essence, again, requesting that this Court hear the merits of this cause. 

In essence, each Justice has heard, or should have heard from roughly a  half a million American citizens, urging this Court to hear this case on the merits. 

The undersigned questioned Justice Scalia during the above mentioned book signing in Los Angeles, as to what happened, and asked why the case was not forwarded to the open court hearing on the merits, he had absolutely no clue about the case.  And not only this case, Justice Scalia had no recognition of similar cases filed by well known plaintiffs on the same topic such as  Wrotnowski and Donofrio. 

It is astounding to the under signed that the Justice would get letters from half a million American citizens, urging him to hear the case on the merits, and wouldn’t remember one thing about the case. Again, the only reasonable explanation is that the clerks have never shown the Justices either this case Lightfoot v Bowen or letters from half a million American citizens supporting this issue. Due to the fact that the above mentioned became known to the under signed counsel only on March 9^th 2009, a motion for reconsideration is filed at this late date due to special circumstances.  

Due to the fact that there is evidence of sabotage within the Supreme Court, and there is no guarantee this petition will be forwarded to the Justices through regular channels; this petition will be hand delivered to Chief Justice Roberts at his appearance with students at the University of Moscow, Idaho, on Friday, March 13^th, 4:00 p.m. 

In case something happens to the undersigned, and hand delivery is prevented, it is being posted on the blog DefendOurFreedomS.us; it is being mailed to each and every Justice by certified mail with restricted signature delivery, to be personally signed by the Justices; and it is being forwarded as a press release to Congress, Senate, State Houses of Representatives, State Senates, Governors of all 50 States,  FBI, Secret Service, Department of Justice, Department of Defense, Homeland security, Attorney Generals of all 50 states and 26,000 outlets of US and World media in order to bring awareness of the above to the world community.

At the same meeting at the University of Idaho  the undersigned is forwarding to Chief Justice Roberts a Petition for Quo Warranto and a Petition for Leave of Court to File as Original Jurisdiction a second case Easterling et al. v. Obama and State of Hawaii, wherein it is alleged that due to the fact that the Attorney General of the United States, Eric Holder, did not respond to the request to institute Quo Warranto proceedings against Mr. Obama, in spite of ample information received, including a 164 page dossier of suspected criminal activity, the petitioners led by active duty officer, currently serving in Iraq, Scott Easterling, Major General Carroll D. Childers, officers from all branches of the military, State Representatives and an elector are seeking the leave of court to file Quo Warranto as ex relators on behalf of the United States government.
