Sudden Jihadi Syndrome Strikes Again!

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

ThoughtRogue:  Come on, watching the Snooze Media contort their ”reporting” in order to avoid the truth here is sickening, isn’t it?  Observe how Political Correctness prevents the State-run Media from uttering “Islamo-fascism”, or anything like it in connection with the Fort Hood Killer.  They keep calling it a “tragedy” as if a tree just fell upon someone out of the blue.  Folks, this ‘tragedy’ was a clear case of mass murder – a massacre.  Furthermore, it’s an obvious case of Sudden Jihadi Syndrome (SJS) if there ever was one - a Jihadi Massacre, and a U.S. Military inside job!  And the PC U.S. Command let it happen.   Update: The MSM’s meme now is that the unfortunate murderous Jihadist, Hasan, was “harrassed” and “taunted” because..  [wait for it!] ..he is a Muslim!

Fort Hood’s 9/11

Islamist terror strikes US again

By Ralph Peters

America, Submits to SJS!

America, Submits to SJS!

On Thursday afternoon, a radicalized Muslim US Army officer shouting “Allahu Akbar!” committed the worst act of terror on American soil since 9/11. And no one wants to call it an act of terror or associate it with Islam.

What cowards we are. Political correctness killed those patriotic Americans at Ft. Hood as surely as the Islamist gunman did. And the media treat it like a case of non-denominational shoplifting.

This was a terrorist act. When an extremist plans and executes a murderous plot against our unarmed soldiers to protest our efforts to counter Islamist fanatics, it’s an act of terror. Period.

When the terrorist posts anti-American hate-speech on the Web; apparently praises suicide bombers and uses his own name; loudly criticizes US policies; argues (as a psychiatrist, no less) with his military patients over the worth of their sacrifices; refuses, in the name of Islam, to be photographed with female colleagues; lists his nationality as “Palestinian” in a Muslim spouse-matching program, and parades around central Texas in a fundamentalist playsuit — well, it only seems fair to call this terrorist an “Islamist terrorist.”

But the president won’t. Despite his promise to get to all the facts. Because there’s no such thing as “Islamist terrorism” in ObamaWorld.

And the Army won’t. Because its senior leaders are so sick with political correctness that pandering to America-haters is safer than calling terrorism “terrorism.”

And the media won’t. Because they have more interest in the shooter than in our troops — despite their crocodile tears.

Maj. Nadal Malik Hasan planned this terrorist attack and executed it in cold blood. The resulting massacre was the first tragedy. The second was that he wasn’t killed on the spot.

Hasan survived. Now the rest of us will have to foot his massive medical bills. Activist lawyers will get involved, claiming “harassment” drove him temporarily insane. There’ll be no end of trial delays. At best, taxpayer dollars will fund his prison lifestyle for decades to come, since our politically correct Army leadership wouldn’t dare pursue or carry out the death penalty.

Maj. Hasan will be a hero to Islamist terrorists abroad and their sympathizers here. While US Muslim organizations decry his acts publicly, Hasan will be praised privately. And he’ll have the last laugh.

But Hasan isn’t the sole guilty party. The US Army’s unforgivable political correctness is also to blame for the casualties at Ft. Hood.

Given the myriad warning signs, it’s appalling that no action was taken against a man apparently known to praise suicide bombers and openly damn US policy. But no officer in his chain of command, either at Walter Reed Army Medical Center or at Ft. Hood, had the guts to take meaningful action against a dysfunctional soldier and an incompetent doctor.

Had Hasan been a Lutheran or a Methodist, he would’ve been gone with the simoon. But officers fear charges of discrimination when faced with misconduct among protected minorities.

Now 12 soldiers and a security guard lie dead. 31 soldiers were wounded, 28 of them seriously. If heads don’t roll in this maggot’s chain of command, the Army will have shamed itself beyond moral redemption.

There’s another important issue, too. How could the Army allow an obviously incompetent and dysfunctional psychiatrist to treat our troubled soldiers returning from war? An Islamist whacko is counseled for arguing with veterans who’ve been assigned to his care? And he’s not removed from duty? What planet does the Army live on?

For the first time since I joined the Army in 1976, I’m ashamed of its dereliction of duty. The chain of command protected a budding terrorist who was waving one red flag after another. Because it was safer for careers than doing something about him.

Get ready for the apologias. We’ve already heard from the terrorist’s family that “he’s a good American.” In their world, maybe he is.

But when do we, the American public, knock off the PC nonsense?

A disgruntled Muslim soldier murdered his officers way back in 2003, in Kuwait, on the eve of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Recently? An American mullah shoots it out with the feds in Detroit. A Muslim fanatic attacks an Arkansas recruiting station. A Muslim media owner, after playing the peace card, beheads his wife. A Muslim father runs over his daughter because she’s becoming too Westernized.

Muslim terrorist wannabes are busted again and again. And we’re assured that “Islam’s a religion of peace.”

I guarantee you that the Obama administration’s non-response to the Ft. Hood attack will mock the memory of our dead.

Free Speech Under Foreign Assault – by Robert Spencer

Tags: , , , , , , , , ,

M.T. Sez: In a country of over 300 million citizens, we find it disturbing that when it comes to Constitutional issues and the preservation of American Freedom, we hear only the voices of the same dozen or so brave commentators. The Islamic world has declared the U.S.A. “A Nation of Cowards”. They may be correct.

NC Reminds:  Please read the press release on this issue

nofreespeechsml

by Robert Spencer

Does the United States Constitution protect the freedom of speech of American citizens, or does it not? In this era of globalization, the answer is becoming increasingly muddled. Thursday, an American citizen, Paul Williams, went on trial in Canada. He is charged with violating Canadian libel laws in charges he made in his book The Dunces of Doomsday about a jihad terror cell at McMaster University in Ontario. Likewise in Brazil, an American business writer, Joseph Sharkey, is on trial for what he wrote about Brazilian air-traffic controllers after he survived an airplane crash in Brazil.

Williams and Sharkey both live in the United States, which guarantees that its citizens’ freedom of speech not be infringed. Should Canadian and Brazilian libel laws apply to them? Williams has already had to pay enormous amounts of money for his defense, and Sharkey is likely to be found guilty and given a $500,000 fine. McMaster University wants a cool two million dollars from Williams.

Shouldn’t the United States government protect American citizens from such bullying by foreign powers?

If nothing is done, the problem is certain to get worse — for Williams and Sharkey are not the first American victims of the tactic that has come to be known as “libel tourism.” The late Saudi billionaire Khalid Salim bin Mahfouz sued Rachel Ehrenfeld, founder and director of the American Center for Democracy, several years ago. Bin Mahfouz was upset about Ehrenfeld’s book, Funding Evil, in which she wrote that he was involved in funding Hamas and al Qaeda – a charge for which there was abundant evidence from Western intelligence agencies. Nevertheless, taking advantage of British libel laws that place the burden of proof on the defendant, rather than the plaintiff, bin Mahfouz sued not in the United States, where Ehrenfeld lives and published her book, but in Britain, where neither he nor Ehrenfeld lived and where his entire case depended upon a handful of copies sold in that country mostly through special orders from Amazon.com, and the appearance of one chapter of the book on the Internet, where could have been read by British readers. A British court awarded bin Mahfouz $250,000, and Ehrenfeld had to devote the bulk of her time for years to fighting this judgment.

Now Senator Arlen Specter (D-PA) has introduced the Free Speech Protection Act of 2009, which would shelter American writers from libel judgments by courts in countries that do not value the freedom of speech the way America does. But this bill faces an uphill battle – it seems unlikely that Barack Obama will give it his support after he just last week had the United States co-sponsor an anti-free speech resolution at the United Nations. Approved by the U.N. Human Rights Council, the resolution, cosponsored by the U.S. and Egypt, calls on states to condemn and criminalize “any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence.”

“Hatred” and “incitement” are, of course, in the eye of the beholder — or more precisely, in the eye of those who make such determinations. The powerful can decide to silence the powerless by classifying their views as “hate speech.” The ability to dissent, publicly and without fear of imprisonment or other reprisal, is a cornerstone of any genuinely free society. Yet no less distinguished a personage than the President of the United States has now given his imprimatur to the quashing of such dissent.

But we still have the First Amendment, right? Legal expert Eugene Volokh explains that it isn’t that easy: “If the U.S. backs a resolution that urges the suppression of some speech, presumably we are taking the view that all countries — including the U.S. — should adhere to this resolution. If we are constitutionally barred from adhering to it by our domestic constitution, then we’re implicitly criticizing that constitution, and committing ourselves to do what we can to change it.”

Is that the change that Americans were hoping for when they voted for Barack Obama in such large numbers in 2008? Specter and the other Democrats who have introduced and support the Free Speech Protection Act should recognize how inconsistent it is with their own party leader’s actions as President of the United States, and call upon him to end all support for any legal measure anywhere that restricts free speech.

Our survival as a free people could depend upon it.

Census employee found hanged in KY & why are they asking those questions?

Tags: , , , , , , ,

No Compromise Media

The FBI is investigating the hanging of 51 year old census worker,  Robert Sparkman.  Sparkman was found hanging in a remote wooded area of west Kentucky in Clay County with the word “FED” scrawled on his chest.

I was reading about this case this morning and of course, the thought came to mind that “right winged” extremists would be blamed for this event. I mean, geez, there is so much hatred for those who oppose the take over of America and “fundamentally transforming” America into a Venezuelan style Socialist country that,  of course, when a dead fed is found that,  naturally,  it’s the fault of right wingers!

And of course, the Huffpuke aka Huffington Post, reports that,

Investigators are still trying to determine whether the death was a killing or a suicide, and if a killing, whether the motive was related to his government job or to anti-government sentiment.

Apparently,  Sparkman was warned to be careful in the hollows of Kentucky.

Gilbert Acciardo, a retired Kentucky state trooper who directs an after-school program at the elementary school where Sparkman was a frequent substitute teacher, said he had warned Sparkman to be careful when he did his Census work.

Folks in these parts aren’t too keen on divulging information about their personal lives. They’ve never been excited about government.

During the American Revolution, the Citizens in the hollows of the South fought a long hard battle to protect their land, and their fierce individuality from government control freaks,  and they won battles against the largest standing Army in the world at the time.

I doubt much has changed concerning their attitudes towards government since the American Revolution.  However,  the South also has a reputation for being stalwart,  resourceful, giving, loving,  and gracious with a strict attention to manners so to blame the area Citizens for the death of a human being,  or to even speculate because of the area this man was working in is, well, bigoted!

Census Bureau–Counting You to Justify Big Bubby!

Because of this case it reminded me that the 2010 census was looming thus  a good time to look into the questions that will be asked.   After you read these questions, ask yourself if a violation of privacy is taking place,  or is it ok to tell the federal government the intimate details of your financial, and health information, and the all important question:  How many toilets are in your house.

First off,  what is the Census Bureau Constitutionally required to ask,  and let’s see how the Census Bureau plans on violating that mandate:

Representation and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers … . The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct.
– Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution of the United States

Two years prior to a census, the US Census Bureau sends out requests to all federal agencies asking them what are your data needs?  Why ask this question? Because in order to justify agencies to receive tax dollars, the agency has to look needed or the funds are cut; clearly big bubby in action.

Census 2000 included a short form to collect basic information used for reapportionment and redistricting, and a long form sent to approximately 1 in 6 households that was designed to collect detailed information used to distribute fiscal resourcesunder a wide array of federal, state, local, and tribal programs. The 2010 Census will be a “short form only” census.

The American Community Survey is sent to a small percentage of our population on a rotating basis. The survey collects essentially the same detailed information on population and housing characteristics, as did the “long form.” Since the American Community Survey is conducted every year, rather than once every 10 years, it provides more current data throughout the decade. In Puerto Rico, the survey is called the Puerto Rico Community Survey.
Questions asked on the 2010 census will be:

1. race- asked since 1790–violation of Constitution
2. gender- asked since 1790–violation of Constitution
3. age- asked since 1800–violation of Constitution
4. relationship-asked since 1880–violation of Constitution
5. hispanic origin–asked since 1970-violation of Constitution
6. Tenure–how long have you rented or owned a home?–asked since 1890–violation of Constitution
7. How many people living in this residence since April 1, 2010?  Wow, a constitution question!
8. What is your telephone number?  Violation
9. Where does this person live?  Violation.  Either they live in “this residence at this address or they don’t?
Now let’s look at The American Community Survey.  It’s legal for the US Census Bureau to ask you how many people live at your address,  and you are mandated to answer those questions. But what is The American Community Survey and  you are mandated to answer more detailed questions on THAT survey!
The American Community Survey is sent to a small percentage of our population on a rotating basis. The survey collects essentially the same detailed information on population and housing characteristics . . . .  ~US Census Bureau

The following questions are asked in The American Community Survey and are  illegal to ask and are only to justify expansive government:  Notice that the long arm of government reaches deep into state, counties and towns:

1. Age “Under the Voting Rights Act, the data on population of voting age are required for legislative redistricting.”  Violation–Age is NOT needed to count people for redistricting.
2. Gender –Violation. Info used to fund welfare, EEOC and VA programs
3. Hispanic origin–Violation–info collected to make “virtual policy decisions. These standards set forth guidance for statistical collection and reporting on race and ethnicity used by all federal agencies.”  In other words, the feds have to maintain balance between the races.
4. Race–Violation–race is collected and “is a critical factor in the basic research behind numerous policies.”
5. Relationship:  Violation. “[E]ssential for classifying the population into families and other groups, for planning and carrying out a number of federal programs.”
6. Marital status–Violation–Info collected for “the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, data about marital status help define qualifying census tracts for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and the Mortgage Revenue Bonds Programs.”
7. Fertility–Violation–info collected for the purpose of “determining the need for family planning services within the Indian Health Service, investigating matters on child welfare in the Children’s Bureau, and conducting research for voluntary family planning programs.”
8. Grandparents as Caregivers–Violation–Info collected for “data for the High Performance Bonus Awards Program under the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Program.”
9. Ancestry–Violation–info collected  “to measure the social and economic characteristics of ethnic groups and to tailor services to accommodate cultural differences.”
10. Places of Birth, Citizenship and year of entry–Violation–Info collected to help “legislators and others understand how different immigrant groups are assimilated.”
11. Language Spoken at Home–Violation–Info collected for gov’t “programs that serve the needs of the foreign born and specifically those who have difficulty with English.”
12. Educational Attainment and School Enrollment–Violation–Info collected for “use in assessing the socioeconomic condition of school-age children. Gov’t agencies require this data for funding allocations and program planning and implementation.”
13. Residence 1 year ago–Violation–info collected “to assess the residential stability and the effects of migration in both urban and rural areas.”
14. Veteran and Military Service–Violation–Info collected to evaluate the impact and budget of veterans’ programs.
15. Disability (“physical, mental and emotional”)–Violation– Info collected “used by a number of federal agencies to distribute funds and develop programs.”
16. Income–Violation–Info collected “for federal allocation formulas for many government programs.”
17. Food Stamp Benefit–Violation–Info collected to “state performance in the current year”
18. Labor Force Status–Violation–Info collected “in the allocation formulas and eligibility criteria of many federal programs such as Medicaid.”
19. Industry, Occupation, Class of Worker–Violation–Info collected “to develop its state per capita income estimates used in the allocation formulas or for eligibility criteria in many federal programs.”
20. Places of work and Journey to Work–Violation–Info collected to “develop standards for reducing work-related vehicle trips and increasing passenger occupancy during peak periods of travel.”
21. Work Status Last Year-Violation–info collected–”the U.S. Department of Justice uses the data to determine the availability of individuals for work,” and data is used to define “data by defining the universe of persons who should have earnings as part of their total income.”
22. Vehicles–Violation–Info collected to “develop policies and to plan a number of transportation programs,” and to count the number of vehicles in each household.
23. Yeah Structure Built–Violation–Info collected to develop “Fair Market Rents for all areas of the country” and for “developing formulas for allocating funds and determining substandard housing.”
24. Units in Structure-Violation–Info collected to “profile housing unit types for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) eligible households.”
25. Year Moved into Structure–Violation–Info collected “to calculate turnover among specified population groups such as elderly and minority households.”
26. Rooms–Violation–Info collected and  “used to measure the extent of overcrowding among our nation’s households and the allocation formulas or eligibility criteria of more than 20 federal programs.”
27. Bedrooms–Violation–Info collected “on the changing size and structure of homes to forecast future energy demand.”
28. Kitchen Facilities–Violation–info collected “to identify areas eligible for housing assistance and rehabilitation loans and as an indicator of housing quality.”
29. Plumbing Facilities–Violation–info collected to discover those with hot and cold running water, a flush toilet, and a bathtub or shower and to identify areas eligible for public assistance programs and rehabilitation loans.”
30. House Heating Fuel–Violation–Info collected and used “used by the Environmental Protection Agency for planning and impact assessment.”
31. Telephone Service–Violation–Info collected to “assess the level of need among elderly and low-income households.”
32. Farm Residence–Violation–Info collected to “to identify farms for the Census of Agriculture and to allocate funds to the states.”
33. Tenure–Violation–Info collected for formulas for fund allocation for low income Citizens
34. Values of home or land–Violation–Info collected “to develop housing assistance plans for elderly and low-income households.”
35. Rent–Violation–Info collected “to allocate funds to assist low- and moderate-income families whose rents exceed 30 percent of their household income.”
36. Selected monthly owner costs–Violation–Info collected for “many of its housing assistance programs.”
37. Health Insurance Coverage–Violation–”Obtaining data on the uninsured rate among Americans is of great importance to policy makers at federal, state, and local levels.”
38. Further administration questions are asked “to ensure response accuracy and completeness, and for contacting respondents with incomplete or missing information.”
39. Marital History–Violation–data collected “for more refined analyses of eligibility for program services and benefits, and of changes resulting from federal policies and programs.”
40. VA Service Connected Disability Rating–Violation-Info collected to determine “whether VA health care appropriations for the coming fiscal year are sufficient to cover expenditures associated with the expected demand for VA health care services.”

Questions, questions and more questions

It is obvious that Congress passes laws to force you to answer intimate questions so as to use the info yanked out of you by force,  to justify taking more of your money to pay for these agencies’ existence.  Most of these agencies are a violation of the Constitution, not to mention the clear violation of 10th amendment Rights of the states.

I don’t think the question is, “Is Obama fundamentally changing America into a Socialist state?”  The question we have to ask,  is how to we take our country back from the Socialists who have already taken over? Furthermore, recently the US Census Bureau has been told to answer directly to the White House.  Doesn’t this violate a separation of powers since it is Congress mandated to take the Census?

The Pride Sucks Campaign

Safeway Stores Proudly Displaying Sodomy

Safeway Stores Proudly Displaying Sodomy as an acceptable behavior!

June was declared Gay Pride Month by Obama.  Nowhere in the Bible do we ever see Pride held up as a Virtue; so when we see it being held up as a good thing in this postmodern Culture, it is time that we vigorously speak out against it in every way possible. Pride sends people to Hell. It is that simple. If we truly care about people, we would never tolerate the unrestrained expression of Pride in any situation whatsoever. So it is now time to strike back against Pride.

It is killing homosexuals by causing them to go deeper into denial concerning their undesirable psychological disability. Denial, and the Pride that accompanies it,  is always disastrous when it pertains to any physiological addiction or psychological obsession or disability.

We never see an Alcoholics Pride Parade or Alcoholics Pride Month. Instead we see Alcoholics Anonymous, because they are all about humble acceptance of their condition, and the humble admission that they need help from a Higher Power. How are we being good or loving to homosexuals by the encouragement of Denial and Pride?

Obama’s Pastor Yelps: “Them Jews Aren’t Going to Let Him Talk to Me!”

NC points out: Some people are simply more equal than others!

UCC FAILS TO CENSURE JEREMIAH WRIGHT”S RACIST REMARKS

them-jews

by Paul Williams

In a letter to John Thomas, president of the United Church of Christ (UCC), Rev. David Runnion-Bareford, founder of Biblical Witness Fellowship (BWF), called for the mainline Protestant denomination, which includes President Barack Obama as one of its members, to publicly repudiate the anti-Semitic statements which were made this week by Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

Mr. Runnion-Bareford’s organization represents a reactionary conservative wing of the UCC, a mainline Protestant denomination with 1.2 million members.

Rev. Wright, who served for many years as Mr. Obama’s pastor at the Trinity UCC in Chicago, said in an interview this week that President Obama had not spoken with him recently because “them Jews aren’t going to let him talk to me.” He added: “Ethnic cleansing is going on in Gaza. Ethnic cleansing of the Zionists is a sin and a crime against humanity.”

NC asks: Where's the outcry from the left when this guy shoots off his racist mouth?

NC asks: Where's the outcry from the left when this guy shoots off his racist mouth? crickets chirping

Wright also said Mr. Obama should have sent a U.S. delegation to the World Conference on Racism held recently in Geneva, Switzerland, but that the president did not for fear of offending Jews and Israel. He specifically cited the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, an influential pro-Israel lobbying group.

“They [the Jews] will not let him to talk to somebody who calls a spade what it is,” Rev. Wright added. “He’s a politician; I’m a pastor. He’s got to do what politicians do.”

Rev. Runnion-Bareford, in his letter, maintained that such language only promotes violence and hatred against a people close to the heart of God, adding, “The impact of anti-Semitism is graphically illustrated by the tragic murders which took place in the Holocaust Museum in Washington D.C.”

But no criticism of Rev. Wright’s latest remarks has been forthcoming from Mr. Thomas or other leaders of the denomination.

The UCC in several official statements has denounced the Israeli occupation of Gaza and the West Bank and has called for the creation of a Palestinian state.

Rev. Wright is no stranger to controversy. In a sermon delivered in 2003, he said:

“The government gives them [African Americans] the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing ‘God Bless America.’ No, no, no, God damn America, that’s in the Bible for killing innocent people. God damn America for treating our citizens as less than human. God damn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme.”

In addition to damning America, he told his congregation on the Sunday after Sept. 11, 2001 that the United States had brought on al Qaeda’s attacks because of its own terrorism.

“We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon, and we never batted an eye.”

He went on to say:

“We have supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and black South Africans, and now we are indignant because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought right back to our own front yards. America’s chickens are coming home to roost.”

But the UCC has refused to take the minister to task for any of his inflammatory statements. In his defense of the fiery African American minister, UCC President Thomas said in 2008:

“I have first-hand experience of Trinity, its leaders and its ministers, and I know it to be a faithful, generous, and justice-minded congregation that takes seriously its ministry within and among the African-American community on Chicago’s south side.”

Jeez, Ain’t That Nice?

 By Gerald A. Honigman

Jerusalem

Jerusalem

I mean, all that balanced moral equivalence and stuff. I just get goosebumps.

I recently received my Jerusalem Online Updates on the computer and, sure enough, there’s President Obama’s Mid East envoy, George Mitchell, stating that the U.S. won’t turn its back on Palestinians.

As if Washington ever did…

Since Mitchell had, not long before, said something similar about Israel, how nice of him to balance the two!

Ready?

Short, sweet, and to the point…

Here’s how Arabs and their assorted mouthpieces define “turning your back on the Palestinians”:

Allowing for a viable–if miniscule–State of the Jews to still be around after Arabs get their 22nd state and second one on the original April 25, 1920 borders of the Mandate of Palestine…Jordan sitting on some 80% of the original territory.

As has to be repeated ad nauseum because Arabs repeat their lies ad nauseum, after Arab nationalism got the lion’s share of the land as a gift from the Brits in 1922, Arabs then refused subsequent partitions plans–including the one in 1947 which would have awarded them about half of the 20% of the territory still remaining. Ten percent was still too much for the Jews…or any of the scores of millions of other non-Arab peoples who dared ask for a slice of justice for themselves in the region after the break-up of the centuries old Ottoman Turkish Empire. As I feel necessary to repeat…Arabs simply claimed the whole shebang as purely Arab patrimony.

“Arab” justice–i.e., not turning your back on them–thus translates into caving in to all of their subjugating demands.
