AMERICAN JOURNALIST STRIPPED OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

Next week, investigative journalist and author Dr. Paul L. Williams will be tried in a foreign court for his investigative work on reports of al Qaeda terrorists at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.

But he broke no American statute and his alleged violation of Canadian law took place not in Canada, but at his home in Pennsylvania.

Williams got into a legal jam with the Canadians while discussing his book The Dunces of Doomsday on the nationally syndicated “Coast-to-Coast AM” radio program with George Noory.

To make matters more bizarre, Williams had been advised by the Ontario Provincial Police to issue warnings to his fellow Americans about terrorist activity at the Canadian university that placed the lives of countless millions of Americans in jeopardy.

The case is significant since it represents the first time an American journalist is being forced to submit to Canadian law.

Williams has been stripped of his Constitutional rights and forced to deplete his financial savings to pay for his Canadian lawyers.

“The matter would have gone away if I simply signed an apology,” Williams said, “but what kind of journalist would I be if I apologized for telling the truth?”

He estimates that the cost of the lawsuit already has topped $500,000.

Williams visited McMaster University in May, 2006 to verify accounts by Janice Kephardt of the 9/11 Commission, journalists Bill Gertz and Scott Wheeler of “The Washington Times,” former federal prosecutor John Loftus,  and others, that the liberal Canadian university had harbored leading al Qaeda operatives, including Adnan el-Shukrijumah, Jaber A. Elbaneh, Abderraouf Jdey, and Amer el-Maati.

The same sources testified that when the al Qaeda operatives left McMaster, “over 80 kilograms” (180 pounds) of nuclear material was reported missing.

During his visit to McMaster, Williams says that he discovered an over-abundance of professors from terror-sponsoring countries within the university’s department of engineering.

In the Division of Earthquake Engineering, he says, 9 out of 10 faculty members were from the Universities of Cairo and Alexandria. Similarly, Williams maintains the three McMaster officials, who head the College of Engineering and supervise the work at the reactor, all hailed from the University of Cairo.

Jane Corbin of the BBC has reported that the engineering department at the University of Cairo remains under the control of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Williams says that he and several of his associates, including a licensed private investigator, met with officials from the Ontario Provincial Police, who confirmed that McMaster has been under scrutiny for a long time; that many of the students have ties to radical Islam and terrorist organizations; and that Islamic members of the faculty have conducted clandestine meetings at an off-campus address in Hamilton.

The officials in question – - Detective Constables Dennis Bryson and Tim Trombley – - were not available for comment.

Williams insists that the problem at McMaster was evidenced by the fact that several of the terrorists who were taken into custody in the plot to kill the Canadian Prime Minister and to blow up Parliament were students at the school.

Supporting Williams’s contentions, Hamid Mir, the only journalist to interview Osama bin Laden in the wake of 9/11, has testified on tape that Anas el-Liby, a founder of al Qaeda, attended McMaster and managed, along with other al Qaeda operatives, to steal 80 kilos of nuclear material from the poorly guarded facilities at the school.

Jayne Johnson, a spokesperson for McMaster, declined to comment on whether el Shukrijumah and other al Qaeda operatives were ever students at the school. She maintained that such information was confidential.

Peter Downward, the attorney representing the University says, “We regard Mr. Williams’ allegations about McMaster as being on a par with UFO reports and JFK conspiracy theories. The notion that because there are people on faculty from Egypt that McMaster is then a haven for terrorism is not only logically offensive, it smacks of racism.”

McMaster may get away with dismissing findings of lawyers, investigators from the 9-11 Commission, and international journalists as racist, logically offensive, and looney.

However, the predominance of Muslims from terror sponsoring countries at McMaster and the lack of security at the reactor has been verified by independent sources, including Sean Michaels of GlobalTV-CA.

Moreover, Ontario police officials have labeled the campus “a hive of jihadi activity.”

In Canada, any person offended by a statement can file a lawsuit, and it remains up to the respondent to prove his innocence.

ThoughtRogue:  There seems to be some great confusion about the term “Natural Born” Citizen.  Most people and politicians, who also happen to be Constitutionally illiterate, confuse this with “Native Born” – which means one is born on U.S. soil – sorry, but not good enough alone to be eligible for the Presidency. 

Wake Up, America! WAKE UP!

To be “Natural Born” one must be born by U.S. Citizen PARENTS, and be born on U.S. Soil – as was John McCain – and every previous President (apart from a few Founders who are covered by their own clause).  To be a “Naturalized” citizen, is yet something else; it is where people who are not U.S. citizens go through a legalization, or “naturalization”, process to become a Citizen.

A Constitutional requirement to serve as a U.S. Senator is to be a U.S. Citizen – naturalized or otherwise.  The U.S. Presidency, however, as outlined in Article II, Section 1., contains a higher standard – the pre-requisite of being a Natural Born Citizen.  Can an illegal alien invade the U.S., give birth to an illegal “native born” baby, and that child later be eligible for the U.S. Presidency?  No.  That child’s NOT a natural born citizen – even if they legally become a citizen later.

Barack Hussein Obama II, by his own auto-hagiographical admission, cannot possibly be eligible to legally serve as President of the U.S. because his father was a Kenyan National and British colonial subject – no matter where he happened to be born (a birthplace which has NEVER been publicly confirmed).  Thus, BHOII is an illegal Usurper of the office of the President of the United States (POTUS).

Thank GOD our Forefathers had the wisdom to have our U.S. Military Officers swear allegiance, NOT to the POTUS, but to our U.S. CONSTITUTION and to protect it against all enemies – both foreign and Domestic.

Have you asked yourself yet, or asked your family and neighbors, just why the Usurper of the United States, BHOII, has hugged and bowed before every vicious dictator, king, and tyrant on the planet?  Or why he has back-handed every one of our traditional allies – such as berating the State of Israel even while ordering her what to do upon their OWN LAND?!

How can BHOII recite Islamic phrases in Arabic with a near-perfect accent? – a feat according to Islamists.  Just why did BHOII skip out on the National Day of Prayer in which all modern Presidents have participated?  BHOII stated emphatically recently that, not only was our nation NOT a Judeo-Christian nation, but he announced to the world that the U.S. is one of the “largest Islamic nation’s” on earth!  Note:  Barack Hussein Obama II, inherited his name from his Islamic Kenyan father, and went to Muslim primary school in the Muslim nation of Indonesia where he lived with his Muslim step-father while growing up.

After his sudden disassociation from “Rev.” Wright’s radical, racist, “Black Liberation Theology” “church”, the Obama family has curiously and completely run out of luck in finding a “Christian” church anywhere within the District of Columbia which suits their “faith”.

Then, as do all Marxist radicals, BHOII has been hell-bent on cutting the legs out from under our great military.  He has cut the cutting edge F-22 air-superiority fighter program where they produced only a fraction of the originally requested number.  Not to worry they say, the much cheaper JSF will act as a better replacement.  Uh, only one small problem, though – the JSF fighters are not even being produced in numbers in their final form yet!

BHOII ordered the Pentagon to ratchet back our national ballistic missile shield immediately in the wake of North Korea test-firing several missiles in celebration of our Fourth of July festivities last summer.  Now he has scrapped the ballistic missile shield that had been promised to Poland and our Eastern European allies – leaving them to twist in the wind before a resurgent Russian threat.  Is it sheer coincidence that BHOII announced his betrayal of Europe on the 70th anniversary of the Soviet invasion of Poland?  Who was that message for?

The list goes on, and on, even as BHOII admits he knew LAST YEAR of Iran’s second secret underground nuclear facility (which he somehow failed to mention in his recent feckless U.N. speech), he continues to try to back Israel into the corner of nuclear Armageddon – an apocalyptic set-up of our former ally which couldn’t be more “transparent”.

Folks, it is high time to ask yourself regarding this “President” of the U.S.:  WHAT IN GOD’S NAME IS GOING ON HERE?!

Obama Risks a Domestic Military ‘Intervention’

There is a remote, although gaining, possibility America’s military will intervene as a last resort to resolve the “Obama problem.” Don’t dismiss it as unrealistic.

America isn’t the Third World. If a military coup does occur here it will be civilized. That it has never happened doesn’t mean it wont. Describing what may be afoot is not to advocate it. So, view the following through military eyes:

• Officers swear to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Unlike enlisted personnel, they do not swear to “obey the orders of the president of the United States.”
• Top military officers can see the Constitution they are sworn to defend being trampled as American institutions and enterprises are nationalized.
• They can see that Americans are increasingly alarmed that this nation, under President Barack Obama, may not even be recognizable as America by the 2012 election, in which he will surely seek continuation in office.
• They can see that the economy — ravaged by deficits, taxes, unemployment, and impending inflation — is financially reliant on foreign lender governments.
• They can see this president waging undeclared war on the intelligence community, without whose rigorous and independent functions the armed services are rendered blind in an ever-more hostile world overseas and at home.
• They can see the dismantling of defenses against missiles targeted at this nation by avowed enemies, even as America’s troop strength is allowed to sag.
• They can see the horror of major warfare erupting simultaneously in two, and possibly three, far-flung theaters before America can react in time.
• They can see the nation’s safety and their own military establishments and honor placed in jeopardy as never before.

So, if you are one of those observant military professionals, what do you do?

Wait until this president bungles into losing the war in Afghanistan, and Pakistan’s arsenal of nuclear bombs falls into the hands of militant Islam?

Wait until Israel is forced to launch air strikes on Iran’s nuclear-bomb plants, and the Middle East explodes, destabilizing or subjugating the Free World?

What happens if the generals Obama sent to win the Afghan war are told by this president (who now says, “I’m not interested in victory”) that they will be denied troops they must have to win? Do they follow orders they cannot carry out, consistent withtheir oath of duty? Do they resign en masse?

Or do they soldier on, hoping the 2010 congressional elections will reverse the situation? Do they dare gamble the national survival on such political whims?

Anyone who imagines that those thoughts are not weighing heavily on the intellect and conscience of America’s military leadership is lost in a fool’s fog.

Will the day come when patriotic general and flag officers sit down with the president, or with those who control him, and work out the national equivalent of a “family intervention,” with some form of limited, shared responsibility?

Imagine a bloodless coup to restore and defend the Constitution through an interim administration that would do the serious business of governing and defending the nation. Skilled, military-trained, nation-builders would replace accountability-challenged, radical-left commissars. Having bonded with his twin teleprompters, the president would be detailed for ceremonial speech-making.

Military intervention is what Obama’s exponentially accelerating agenda for “fundamental change” toward a Marxist state is inviting upon America. A coup is not an ideal option, but Obama’s radical ideal is not acceptable or reversible.

Unthinkable? Then think up an alternative, non-violent solution to the Obama problem. Just don’t shrug and say, “We can always worry about that later.”

In the 2008 election, that was the wistful, self-indulgent, indifferent reliance on abnegation of personal responsibility that has sunk the nation into this morass.

Several people have expressed muted outrage over Zbigniew Brzezinski’s call for Obama to shoot down Israeli aircraft.

Our friend Gummo called to remind us that most U.S. Presidents since 1948 have had similar plans on their global agendas. We must admit that singling-out our Mystery President for the same treachery that other corrupt, Satan-worshiping leaders and their advisors have displayed, does seem a bit unfair.

What is taking place now is the seamless continuation of the “Baker Plan” which envisions a world without Israel as a paradise of peace and plenty.

Obama, like Bush-Klinton-Bush before him, blames tiny Israel and the British for all the myriad of crimes committed by Islam.

By “correcting” the British mistakes of cartography (establishing a Shiite Crescent and ending Persian isolation by allowing Iranian access to the Mediterranean Sea) and Lord Balfour’s blunder (the establishment of Israel), there will be 1,000 years of peace….and plentiful business opportunities with a grateful Muslim Ummah.

There will be no peace.

The nincompoops whom we elected to guide the United States during the past twenty years have squandered our wealth, and the futures of untold generations, by arming the Islamic Nation in preparation for the “Final Solution” to the Arab-Israeli conflict.

When it comes to defending her citizens, Israel has been left with very few options, and five-million Israeli Jews marching into the sea, whistling “God Bless America” is not one of them.

This will end badly.

The first attempt to launch a nuclear war against the Jewish State will result in Israeli strikes upon Arab capitals…and of course, Iran.

And that’s not all.

A besieged nuclear Israel, will for many years, be less than tolerant of the sort of threats they have suffered for the last two decades. The chances that the IDF will authorise further strikes, months, or even years, after the initial destruction of the Arab Nation….. are almost a certainty.

Imagine a world without Arab oil….or Arab people for that matter. Millions dead, and the world facing economic devastation.

Baker-Bush-Klinton-Bush-Obama are 100% responsible.

Those primitive, ignorant Muslims would never have undertaken the policies that they now embrace, without the encouragement, planning, and training, of successive U.S. Administrations.

One positive note…… There will be very few “refugees” [Arab 5th Columnists] left to be resettled in Post-America.

Officials approved the Central Bank of Iran’s new logo (below) to be displayed on their currency notes and coins to commemorate the recent successful launch and orbit of their home-crafted “data-processing” satellite named Omid.

“Omid” is Persian for “Hope” [clever!] and was delivered to low-orbit in space in early February 2009 by Iran’s Safir 2 rocket.  This development comes ironically at the same time as analysts predict Iran is on the verge of having refined enough highly-enriched uranium to construct their first nuclear bomb.  Iranian officials, who deny the Holocaust’s murder of six million Jews, and who continue to pledge to Allah and the world the utter destruction of the Nation of Israel, are adamant that their accelerating nuclear enrichment programs are strictly for “peaceful” purposes.
