Only if you have nothing negative to say about Obama

It now seems that our military is in the business of silencing the freedom of speech of anyone who even dares to speak out against their commander in chief, Mr. Obama.

RALEIGH, N.C. – The U.S. Army plans to prevent media from covering Sarah Palin’s appearance at Fort Bragg, fearing the event will turn into political grandstanding against President Barack Obama, officials said Thursday.

… McCollum said the Army did not want the Monday event to become a platform to express political opinions “directed against the commander in chief.”

What I find interesting [sickening] is that our military leaders, the defenders of the free republic, will not allow a patriot, Sarah Palin, to speak out in support of our troops, while their commander in chief is doing everything in his power to not support the troops he is suppose to be commanding.

How is that for an oxymoron?

Even more shocking is that according to Tom McCollum, military officials do not consider Sarah – the patriot – a politician because she is critical of Obama and his policies in regards to our troops who are in dire need of support in Afghanistan.

McCollum said it’s not clear if military officials consider Palin a politician but noted that she has been critical of Obama while promoting the book. She said in an interview with ABC News that Obama should provide more troops to Afghanistan.

“It frustrates me and frightens me — and many Americans — that President Obama is dithering around with the decision in Afghanistan,” she said.

Who exactly are the military protecting; Obama’s elites and their egos, or the brave men and women over in Afghanistan?

Next Issue with Free Speech

Here lies the issue. If our military, congress and the Obama Administration are truly claiming to support the constitution of this nation which includes the freedom of speech for every single citizen, then why would Obama and his defenders of socialism be dead set on silencing those exact freedoms?

Why would a defender like Mark Llyod ( FCC Diversity Czar ) believe in the silencing of the press?

“It should be clear by now that my focus here is not freedom of speech or the press. This freedom is all too often an exaggeration. At the very least, blind references to freedom of speech or the press serve as a distraction from the critical examination of other communications policies.

“[T]he purpose of free speech is warped to protect global corporations and block rules that would promote democratic governance.”

Why would a member of Obama’s team be infatuated with dictators like Hugo Chavez?

“In Venezuela, with Chavez, is really an incredible revolution – a democratic revolution. To begin to put in place things that are going to have an impact on the people of Venezuela.

Let me remind you, this is the same Venezuela where Journalists fear for their lives, where they are shot and murdered for their freedom of speech.

A series of violent attacks, including the killing of a newspaper executive, fueled concern among journalists. On June 3, Pierre Fould Gerges, vice president of the Caracas daily Reporte Diario de la Economía, was shot to death by unidentified gunmen.

Why would yet another defender of freedom such as Mr. McChesney wish to remove brick by brick the capitalist system itself, rebuilding the entire society on socialist principles?

Why would Obama put himself in alignment with these men like McChesney who believes that Marxism is the only way for a society?

Why?

Could it be that maybe this new administration and the one prior ( Patriot Act ) actually do not want you to have your freedoms any longer as they finally believe that now is the time for a real revolution to take place by revoking your first amendment rights that were once protected under the constitution that seems to be fading into obscurity?

Was this part of the CHANGE that Obama has been speaking of by transforming America?

Is this the CHANGE that he wishes to enforce upon each and every one of us who live in America?

Doesn’t this kind of remind you of June 4, 1989 all over again?

Well folks,

In yet another attempt by the Obama Administration, with the silent help of congress (cowards) , our freedom of speech has never been more at risk at being lost than it is right now.

Why? Because while Americans were sipping back on a cold tall one, watching baseball and eating popcorn, the enemies were hard at work within our nation; diligently striving to remove the very freedoms we Americas have neglected for far too long.

For the first time since the signing of our Declaration of Independence we are now heading directly back into the stone age, to square one; with persecution and tyranny if we dare speak out against the powers that be.

The powers like the OIC, who Obama has stated that he wants to partner with.

The same Organization of the Islamic Conference who:

1. Wants to silence any negative remarks against Islam
2. Wants to enforce strict Sharia Law under the Cairo Declaration.
3. Is the collective voice of the Muslims world.

The U.N. Human Rights Council approved the resolution, cosponsored by the U.S. and Egypt, yesterday.

It calls on states to condemn and criminalize “any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence.” It also condemns “negative stereotyping of religions and racial groups,” which is of course an oblique reference to accurate reporting about the jihad doctrine and Islamic supremacism — which is always the focus of whining by the Organization of the Islamic Conference and other groups about negative “stereotyping” of Islam. They never say anything when people like Osama bin Laden and Khaled Sheikh Mohammed issue detailed Koranic expositions justifying violence and hatred; but when people like Geert Wilders and others report about such expositions, that’s “negative stereotyping.”

And the worst aspect of this and all such measures is that the “Incitement” and the “hatred” are in the eye of the beholder. The powerful can decide to silence the powerless by classifying their views as hate speech. The Founding Fathers tried to protect Americans from tyranny by protecting free speech. Now our free speech is threatened, and tyranny will take advantage of that. — Jihad watch

Why on earth would Obama ever do something so anti-American? Well, that is an easy one, because, by the actions he takes, he clearly shows that he hates America and needs it to CHANGE, CHANGE to the ways of Islam-Marxism, all in the name of reaching out to your friendly neighborhood radical that want your mouth sewn shut.

American diplomats say the measure — co-sponsored by Egypt — is part of the Obama administration’s effort to reach out to Muslim countries.

“Egypt’s cosponsorship of the resolution on freedom of expression is not the result of a real commitment to upholding freedom of expression,” said Jeremie Smith, Geneva director of the Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies.

“If this were the case, freedom of expression would not be systematically violated on a daily basis in Egypt,” he said.

Others warned that the resolution appears to protect religions rather than believers and encourages journalists to abide by ill-defined codes of conduct.

“Unfortunately, the text talks about negative racial and religious stereotyping, something which most free expression and human rights organizations will oppose,” said Agnes Callamard, executive director of London-based group Article 19.

Oh vey, there I go again showing the hate they speak and exposing their evil ways, but according to the new wonderful proposed resolution, this would be classified as hate speech even though it puts Islam in its true light, I mean negative light, no I mean true.

I know, I hear everyone telling me, Mr. Turner we have the second amendment, and this will never happen in America! Really? You might have a piece of paper with words on it, but if Obama and the United Nations have their way, that piece of paper might as well be throw into the fireplace and used to warm your house on a cold winters night as it would become worthless in protecting the free speech of Americans in the New World Politics.

6. But why the fuss, some might ask, if we’re protected by the First Amendment? First, if the U.S. backs a resolution that urges the suppression of some speech, presumably we are taking the view that all countries — including the U.S. — should adhere to this resolution. If we are constitutionally barred from adhering to it by our domestic constitution, then we’re implicitly criticizing that constitution, and committing ourselves to do what we can to change it.

So to be consistent with our position here, the Administration would presumably have to take what steps it can to ensure that supposed “hate speech” that incites hostility will indeed be punished. It would presumably be committed to filing amicus briefs supporting changes in First Amendment law to allow such punishment, and in principle perhaps the appointment of Justices who would endorse such changes (or even the proposal of express constitutional amendments that would work such changes).

So the question is, is it too late to do anything?

It really depends on you. Are we as a nation more interested in our jobs, cars and boats rather than the freedoms of others, the freedom of speech? Is the me generation to wrapped up in themselves to care about anyone else except themselves? If they answer is yes to either of those question, then I am going to find a cave somewhere and sit this one out, just kidding, I mean jail cell somewhere, because this American is not going to lie down and watch our freedoms being stripped away. Our freedom of speech is most important freedom we have. Free speech is extremely more important than popcorn, baseball and beer; truly I mean it, if we defend this freedom then we keep them all. If we lose this one, then you know how it plays out, just look to the Middle East where Islam flourishes.

You know, I went to bed one night before the elections and I still haven’t woken up. This dream called CHANGE is a real dozy and all I can ask is this; what you going to do when the Taliban come for you? If your answer just happens to be to sit at home in silence, that isn’t going to fix this one this time….

Real Men Honor Their Oaths

There is a huge difference between the military enlisted oath and the officer oath of office.

The wordings of the current oath of enlistment and oath for commissioned officers are as follows:

Enlisted Oath

“I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.” (Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).

Officer Oath -

“I, _____ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God.” (DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.)

As you can see, the officer does not swear to obey the orders of the President. We only have an obligation to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic (for example, a Presidential Usurper).

Our forefathers were so brilliant to foresee a situation like we find ourselves in now. The officer oath is a safeguard to protect the Constitution against a corrupt elected government. Officers only have an obligation to defend the Constiution. Military officers have a lot of legal clout when it comes to Constitutional matters. The officer oath does not mention following the UCMJ laws as does the enlisted oath.

Let’s see if SCOTUS runs and hides again. They failed to live up to their oaths by ignoring the prior cases. I pray they will wise up very soon and honor their oath to defend the Constituion.

Dear Sir [critic of Lt. Easterling's protest],

I commend Lt. Easterling for stepping forward as a United States citizen and soldier who has standing in Federal Court to initiate a Federal Complaint against Barack Hussein Obama.

In your letter to Dr. Orly Taitz you state the following:

“to prove he is a legal U.S. citizen, and therefore able to legally serve as the commander in chief.”

Obama fails the eligibility test of Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the Constitution which states:

“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President”

This constitutional provision means anyone born on American soil to parents who are U.S. citizens is a “natural born” citizen. No one born on American soil with only one parent a citizen can be “natural born” and that provision may not be changed without a Constitutional Amendment.
Obama admits on his web site that his father was Kenyan, therefore Obama was born a “dual citizen”. Even if Obama had been born in the Oval Office in the White House, he would not meet the constitutional requirements.

All natural born citizens are born in the United States, but not all citizens born in the United States are natural born.

Suppose that Obama’s father was Osama Bin Laden, and that his father had taken him from Hawaii to what ever cave he is living in until he was 20 years old. During that time he was schooled at the knee of the worst terrorist the world has ever known. Then sent him to the United States where he would be accepted as a citizen. Following 14 years of residency, and at age 35, he would be eligible for the Presidency if the Constitution was ignored. The natural born clause in the Constitution was placed there by our Framers of the Constitution as the best protection they could think of that would not allow a President to serve that may have allegiance to a foreign power. No President in our 221 year history has failed to provide documentation that he was a “natural born” citizen until Obama.

Obama’s ineligibility is not curable by Congress or any court. The provision can only be changed by an amendment to the Constitution. There have been 26 attempts, all rejected.

Obama knows that he is not a natural born citizen, yet he has signed official Presidential candicacy papers declaring that he is.

Nancy Pelosi and the Secretary of the DNC signed an official DNC form, provided to the Secretaries of State of all the states, that Obama met all the provisions of the United States Constitution.

I have copies of those forms.

Senator Patrick Leahy, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee knows that Obama is not a natural born citizen. Leahy had a statement read into the Senate record during the passage of Senate Resolution 511 stating the requirements to be natural born. Senate Resolution 511 passed unamiously so every Senator knows that Obama is not a natural born citizen.

This is fraud on a grand scale and resulted in corruption of the election held on November 4, 2008.

Since Obama has sealed all his records, no one knows for sure if he is even a citizen. It does not matter how many votes Obama garnered with his fraudulent candidacy. The United States is a Constitutional Republic; it is not a constitutional democracy and the word democracy is not mentioned anywhere in the Constitution. We are, at least we used to be, under the rule of law, not the rule of men.

At this writing, there are some 25 states that have passed, or preparing to pass, notifications to the Federal Government that they have overstepped the boundaries between the Federal Government and the States and the States are drawing a line in the sand.

There are now, due to the strength of the internet, millions of Americans that now understand the intent of the Constitution outlined in Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 and that Obama is ineligible to serve as President.

Lt. Scott R. Easterling is to be admired for his courage to stand up for what he knows to be right and just. I joined the Army during the Korean War. Lt. Easterling joined recently. Both of us signed a blank check to the citizens of the United States payable in an amount up to and including our life. I would sign it again and I know Lt. Easterling would also.

Lt. Easterling is only asking that if that payment is claimed that the claim on his life was done by a legitimate President. That President is not Barack Hussein Obama!

Geert Wilders - Champion of Free Speech

WASHINGTON – Republican Sen. Jon Kyl is hosting a film screening at the Capitol building on Thursday for a far-right Dutch lawmaker who claims that Islam inspires terrorism.

Kyl is sponsoring the event for Geert Wilders, who was denied entry to London earlier this month because British authorities said he posed a threat to public order.

Wilders’ 15-minute film juxtaposes verses from the Quran with images of violence by Muslims. Wilders has called the Quran a “fascist book” and said it should be banned.

Kyl agreed to facilitate the event because “all too often, people who have the courage to point out the dangers of militant Islamists find themselves vilified and endangered,” said spokesman Ryan Patmintra.

Thursday’s event was being sponsored by the International Free Press Society, headed by Danish activist Lars Hedegaard, and the Center for Security Policy, a think tank in Washington led by Republican Frank Gaffney.

The event is closed to the public and press, but the film is being shown to members of Congress and their staff in the ornate “LBJ room,” a Senate office once used by Lyndon B. Johnson as majority leader and later vice president.

Wilders’ film has sparked protests around the world, as well as inspired a debate on the freedom of speech. The lawmaker had been invited to Britain by a member of Parliament’s upper house, the House of Lords, to show his film. But the British government refused Wilders entry into the country, saying he posed a threat to “community harmony.”

British Foreign Secretary David Miliband told the British Broadcasting Corp. that Wilders was guilty of “extreme anti-Muslim hate.” He said “there is no freedom to stir up racial and religious hatred.”

Hedegaard, who helped sponsor Wilders’ visit to the U.S., said Europe’s hate speech and blasphemy laws do not make any sense.

“The way to deal with controversial, offensive or even hateful statements – unless they are directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action – is to expose them to public debate and criticism,” Hedegaard said in a statement advertising Thursday’s event.

While it is unusual for U.S. lawmakers to grant Capitol access to such a controversial figure, it was unlikely Wilders’ appearance would produce the same outcry as it did in Britain.

Several leading senators, including Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Democrat, declined to comment.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Secretary of State is of the view that your presence in the UK would pose a genuine, present and sufficiently serious threat to one of the fundamental interests of society. The Secretary of State is satisfied that your statements about Muslims and their beliefs, as expressed in your film Fitna and elsewhere, would threaten community harmony and therefore public security in the UK.

You are advised that should you travel to the UK and seek admission an Immigration Officer will take into account the Secretary of State’s view. If, in accordance with regulation 21 of the immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006, the Immigration Officer is statisfied that your exclusion is justified on grounds of public policy and/or public security, you will be refused admission to the UK under regulation 19. You would have a right of appeal against any refusal of admission, exercisable from outside the UK.

This morning Lord Malcolm Pearson, a member of the British House of Lords, announced that he has invited Geert Wilders, a member of the Dutch Parliament, to show the movie Fitna (see it here) in a committee room of the House of Lords next Thursday (12 February). Mr. Wilders has been asked to address a private meeting with members of the British Parliament, explaining to the Peers and MPs why he made Fitna and to engage in an open and frank discussion with them.

This afternoon Mr. Wilders received a letter from the British Embassy in The Hague [see above] saying that he is a “persona non grata” in the United Kingdom. The ambassador told Mr. Wilders that he is a threat to public security and public harmony because of the controversy created by Fitna. Mr. Wilders intends to go to London anyway. “Let them arrest me in Heathrow,” he says.

If Mr. Wilders is denied entry to the United Kingdom, it will be the first time that Britain refuses entry to an elected politician from another member state of the European Union. The Dutch government has protested to the British government over the unprecedented barring of an EU parliamentarian by another EU country.

The meeting of Mr. Wilders and members of the British Parliament had originally been planned for 29 January, but was postponed. Lord Nazir Ahmed, a Muslim member of the House of Lords (Labour), had threatened to mobilize 10,000 Muslims to prevent Mr. Wilders from entering the British Parliament. Lord Ahmed boasted in the Pakistani press that the cancellation of Mr. Wilders’ visit was “a victory for the Muslim community.”

Lord Pearson could not bear the thought that the “mother of all parliaments” might be perceived as giving in to threats. Hence he decided to reinvite Mr. Wilders. Black Rod, the head of security at the House of Lords, has ordered extra security for the event.

The House of Lords event is hosted by Lord Malcolm Pearson of Rannoch, a UKIP Peer with a special interest in the European Union, Islamism and education. It will be chaired by Baroness Caroline Cox of Queensbury, a crossbench Peer and a human rights campaigner with a strong commitment to humanitarian aid and education; she is the founder of The International Islamic Christian Organisation for Reconciliation and Reconstruction.

In the press release issued this morning, Lord Pearson writes:

Depite threats of demonstration from a British Peer and Muslim community leaders, the meeting will go ahead. Wilders’ film Fitna features verses from the Quran alongside images of the terrorist attacks in the US on 11 September 2001, Madrid in March 2004 and London in July 2005. The film equates Islam’s holy text with violence and ends with a call to Muslims to remove ‘hate preaching’ verses from the Quran. It provoked protests in Muslim-majority countries including Indonesia and Pakistan.

The leader of the Dutch Freedom Party, Wilders has lived under 24 hour police protection since 2004. Following Fitna’s release online in March 2008 al-Qaeda issued a fatwa calling for Wilders’ murder.

Wilders currently faces prosecution in Holland for incitement to hatred and discrimination. The charges are based on his film Fitna and comments in the Dutch press last year in which he argued that as Mein Kampf has been banned in Holland, the Quran should similarly be banned under Dutch incitement laws.

Wilders called the Dutch Court of Appeal’s decision to prosecute an attack on freedom of expression. “Participation in the public debate has become a dangerous activity. If you give your opinion, you risk being prosecuted,” he said.

It seems that in Britain the public debate has already been smothered to the extent that a democratically elected politician from another EU country is not allowed to come to Britain to adress a private meeting with British politicians in the Palace of Westminster.

Geert Wilders: Called an extremist and is being prosecuted for wanting to protect his homeland from the imperialism of islam. We call him a Patriot & Hero!

Geert Wilders has exercised his fundamental human right of freedom of expression and spoken out, with facts and evidence, of the threat posed by radical Islam;

WHEREAS certain elements within Islamic communities have threatened a boycott of Dutch goods if Geert Wilders is not punished by the Dutch government for exercising his freedom of expression; and

WHEREAS certain elements in Dutch industry and the Dutch government are suggesting that Geert Wilders be prosecuted civilly or criminally, in order to prevent such a boycott;

IT IS RESOLVED that, in the event that the Dutch government attempts, in any way, to punish or prosecute Geert Wilders, civilly or criminally, for exercising his freedom of expression, the undersigned will initiate a boycott of any and all Dutch goods.

NC Reminds: Knowing full well how it impacts one to have someone shut you down, and threatening your life and freedom, this article is very important to read.  Freedom of Speech is a GOD given right.  Not a gov’t right given to you!  It doesn’t matter which country you reside in you have the RIGHT to freely speak your mind,  and voice your concern or opposition or support of any thing you want.  

And furthermore, for you Americans, any Legislator who wants to pass a criminal and anti-Constitutional law such as hate crimes,  or so called “Fairness” doctrines,  get ready for the fight of your life!  It is time for “We the People”, to stop talking about how we need to unite.  It’s time to get rid of ANYONE who wants to throw our freedoms in the toilet!  What part of CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW do you Legislators not get?  What part of HAND ON BIBLE, SWEAR AN OATH OF ALLEGIANCE  to the Constitution do you LAWMAKERS not get?  I think it’s time these Lawmakers are reminded of their oath!

Americans:  Come on!  

The time for talk is over and action REQUIRED! The action is removal, physical if need be, of anyone violating their OATH of OFFICE.  It’s time to enforce the laws against these kinds of crimes!  We the People have allowed our LAWS to be ridiculed and mocked and we have to fight to get our Country back to being a country of Law. If we don’t have our Law then what’s left? We may as well join the UN.

A note from Radarsite:   Today, December 9, 2008, I have just received my third phone call from Lionheart since the onset of my illness. As is typical of this kind and great-hearted man, he is more interested in my health and welfare than his own. He called me once again from his secret hiding place outside of Britain. Why is he in hiding? And who is he hiding from? Simply put, he is in hiding for having the courage to speak the truth. And he is hiding from bloodthirsty Muslim assassins and the oppressive multicultural Thought Police of the British Government. He has promised to send me an update of his situation within the next couple of days. Till then, however, I can tell you that he is due to return to Britain to face charges on January 12, 2009. If convicted, he faces imprisonment in a British Prison — which, given the preponderance of Muslim prisoners, amounts to a death sentence.
