In a recent article, CBS News reported that 87,000 attendees showed up for the Restoring Honor Rally held Saturday, August 28, 2010,  hosted by FOX News talk show host, Glenn Beck.

Really CBS? Only 87K?  You sure you want to stick by this story?

When Martin Luther King Jr.  gave his I Have a Dream speech it was reported that 250,000 people attended that speech on the same grounds at the Lincoln Memorial.  In our politically propagandized times, the media no longer reports facts,  but instead deliberately skews the facts to advance their Marxist ideology! We have to do their work for them until we kick their asses out of this important field!

For a long while all America had was Sheriff Joe Arpio, of Maricopa County, AZ., standing firm against the jack booted thugs known as “The Fed.”  Now, we have Sheriff Tony DeMeo who is also warning the federal gub’ment that if they enter his county with armed agents to seize cattle from DeMeo’s constituent, he will meet them there, standing between his constituent  and “The Fed” with armed SWAT!

This is a man who knows what his Constitutional duties are and is willing to fight for them!

Dear, tragically misguided, Progressive,

Hellooo, Progressives?  Anyone there?  These are not ad hominem attacks (mostly)!

Hey, I’m hoping we could have some substantive discussions – how about if I narrow down the field of topics for you?

1. Obanomics – Obama is currently holding a “Jobs Summit” where he has invited every union boss under the sun, but no small businesses (or anyone who doesn’t lap up his socialist policies).  I would be rolling on the floor in laughter were this charade not so tragic.  Do you remember the Broken Window Fallacy we once went over?  If you could wave the Presidential scepter, what are the top five things you would do to “create” net jobs (which create real wealth and promise to eventually raise our standard of living)?
2. War Against ______ – Please fill in the blank.  Are we at WAR with anyone (except citizens who actually create wealth)?  What would be your five-pronged solution to resolving our military challenges, and ensuring the safety of American citizens?  Against whom?
3. Hope and Change – When, do you believe, that the great campaign promises of “Transparent”, “Above the Fray”, “Post-partisan”, “Post racial” kum-bay-yah Moderate politics from the Obama Administration going to begin to kick in?  Please give five real-life examples demonstrating your position.
4. Iran – Who exactly is going to stop them from developing The Bomb.  When Israel finally pulls the trigger next year, how exactly do you think Obama will react?  I predict he will vote “Present”, and summarily throw the Jews under the bus publically (while giving logistic military support to them behind the scenes).
5. Show Trial – How many foreign enemy combatants have ever been captured and then brought to the U.S. to be tried in our civilian courts?  Obama was quoted the other day, in reaction to public outrage, that Americans would be happy when KSM was found guilty in NY and subsequently exterminated!  Uh, if the chief law enforcement officer of this land can guarantee the outcome of this demonstration trial for the world, how could it ever be “fair” when denying KSM’s presumption of innocence from the outset?  What dream-team defense lawyer would not jump on this colossal blunder alone in his quest for acquittal – while denouncing our rigged judicial system on a world stage?
6. Civil Rights – When KSM is acquitted of his “crimes”, would you further support his right to walk from the courthouse to the nearest gun shop in order to exercise his new rights to load up on firearms and ammo?  By what authority, exactly, does Obama obtain the power to grant my Constitutional Rights to ANYONE by the wave of his hand?
7. Islam – Have you ever studied Islam and its Shariah Law utopia?  Do you actually believe it represents a “Religion of Peace” – or, is it perhaps something else, like, a death cult?  Do you actually believe the mainstream propaganda that the Ft. Hood Shooter was a secular “lone wolf” whack-job who suddenly “snapped”?  Or, was Hasan a most devout Islamist hell-bent on going out in a blaze of Jihadi glory by taking out as many Kafir’s as possible on his way to meet Allah, and receive his allotment of virgins?  Give me your multi-point backup of facts which support your position.  Do you actually believe there is no current threat from the advancement of a worldwide Islamic caliphate (i.e. permanent Jihad)?

Write a short essay of your research and thoughts on quintessential American Values (e.g. unique and/or foundational ideals, beliefs, rights of American civilization)

One way to indentify them, and to draw antithetical comparisons to PC perversions, is to consider some philosophical dichotomies, such as:

1) Individual vs. Group (tribes, races, classes, factions, orgs., etc.)

2) Peace vs. Coercion

3) Liberty vs. Government

4) Truth vs. Fantasy

5) Utopia vs. Reality

6) Freedom vs. Dependence

7) Self-defense vs. Submission

Sovereignty vs. Slavery

9) Rule of Law vs. Lawlessness (anarchy)

10) Private Property vs. Entitlement (grand larceny)

Some examples of American Values which come to mind:

i) Individual Sovereignty – No man is subject to a (earthly) King except himself.

ii) Government gains/maintains its legitimacy and authority by the Consent of the Governed.

iii) Government’s first priority is to ensure Security for its Citizens by vigorously protecting their Rights, and by providing them Protection from Harm.

iv) All men are created Equal (by their Creator).

v) Natural Law is recognized and codified into Law.

vi) Natural Rights which flow from natural law are inalienable by men.

vii) Republicanism is the best form of government (yet conceived) with the rule of law, democratic processes, and the separation of powers at its core.

viii) Human Life is sacred.

ix) No human life shall be enslaved/coerced to serve another.

x) Private Property rights shall be inviolable, since the fruits of one’s labor represent an extension of one’s Life, by the free exercise of one’s sovereign resources.

xi) Freedom of Speech, especially of criticizing one’s own government without recrimination, is essential and inviolable.

xii) All Sovereignty lies with, and is inherent in, the People. Governments may be formed, or reformed, by the People delegating certain enumerated and limited authority to act as their agent. E.g. The U.S. Constitution.

Obama “very close” to Afghan troop decision: TV report

BEIJING (Reuters) – U.S. President Barack Obama said in an interview with CNN on Wednesday he is “very close” to a decision on boosting troop levels in Afghanistan and would make an announcement “in the next several weeks.”

In a transcript of the interview seen by Reuters, Obama said he did not want his successor as president to inherit the Afghan conflict, adding that a “multi-year occupation” would not serve the interests of the United States.

The Bush Dhimmi Doctrine

Many Americans proclaim that President Bush successfully protected America from terrorism after September 11, 2001. Even though terrorists did not attack U.S. soil again after 9/11, Bush’s policy allowed terrorists to infiltrate and harm America with a strategy that is leading to our cultural self-destruction. Bush’s, “war on terror” was based on a premise that defers terrorism to “a few” extremists, not the Islamic doctrine itself. The premise was, and still is, that Islam is somehow reformable after being given a bad reputation.

The Bush dhimmi doctrine endorsed Islam as “peaceful” even though Bush acknowledged that slaughtering and intimidation of non-Muslims had become a global pandemic. This includes good Muslims fighting bad Muslims as in Iraq and Afghanistan. But, to protect the lives of American citizens and keep oil flowing into the U.S., Bush dutifully spoke of a peaceful Islam.[1]

A 2007 article titled “Bush Administration Moves to Legitimize the Muslim Brotherhood,” by William Mayer and Beila Rabinowitz, reported that the Bush Administration’s Bureau of Intelligence and Research hosted a meeting to discuss opening more formal channels to the Islamic “brothers.”[2]

President Bush named Iran, Iraq and North Korea the “Axis of evil” because of the part they played in helping terrorism and ability to obtain weapons of mass destruction. It is interesting that he did not include Saudi Arabia as a part of the Axis of evil even though 9/11 terrorists were Saudis funded by Saudis, and Osama Bin Laden is a Saudi terrorist who is from a prominent Saudi family.
