It now seems that our military is in the business of silencing the freedom of speech of anyone who even dares to speak out against their commander in chief, Mr. Obama.

RALEIGH, N.C. – The U.S. Army plans to prevent media from covering Sarah Palin’s appearance at Fort Bragg, fearing the event will turn into political grandstanding against President Barack Obama, officials said Thursday.

… McCollum said the Army did not want the Monday event to become a platform to express political opinions “directed against the commander in chief.”

What I find interesting [sickening] is that our military leaders, the defenders of the free republic, will not allow a patriot, Sarah Palin, to speak out in support of our troops, while their commander in chief is doing everything in his power to not support the troops he is suppose to be commanding.

How is that for an oxymoron?

Even more shocking is that according to Tom McCollum, military officials do not consider Sarah – the patriot – a politician because she is critical of Obama and his policies in regards to our troops who are in dire need of support in Afghanistan.

McCollum said it’s not clear if military officials consider Palin a politician but noted that she has been critical of Obama while promoting the book. She said in an interview with ABC News that Obama should provide more troops to Afghanistan.

“It frustrates me and frightens me — and many Americans — that President Obama is dithering around with the decision in Afghanistan,” she said.

Who exactly are the military protecting; Obama’s elites and their egos, or the brave men and women over in Afghanistan?

Next Issue with Free Speech

Here lies the issue. If our military, congress and the Obama Administration are truly claiming to support the constitution of this nation which includes the freedom of speech for every single citizen, then why would Obama and his defenders of socialism be dead set on silencing those exact freedoms?

Why would a defender like Mark Llyod ( FCC Diversity Czar ) believe in the silencing of the press?

“It should be clear by now that my focus here is not freedom of speech or the press. This freedom is all too often an exaggeration. At the very least, blind references to freedom of speech or the press serve as a distraction from the critical examination of other communications policies.

“[T]he purpose of free speech is warped to protect global corporations and block rules that would promote democratic governance.”

Why would a member of Obama’s team be infatuated with dictators like Hugo Chavez?

“In Venezuela, with Chavez, is really an incredible revolution – a democratic revolution. To begin to put in place things that are going to have an impact on the people of Venezuela.

Let me remind you, this is the same Venezuela where Journalists fear for their lives, where they are shot and murdered for their freedom of speech.

A series of violent attacks, including the killing of a newspaper executive, fueled concern among journalists. On June 3, Pierre Fould Gerges, vice president of the Caracas daily Reporte Diario de la Economía, was shot to death by unidentified gunmen.

Why would yet another defender of freedom such as Mr. McChesney wish to remove brick by brick the capitalist system itself, rebuilding the entire society on socialist principles?

Why would Obama put himself in alignment with these men like McChesney who believes that Marxism is the only way for a society?

Why?

Could it be that maybe this new administration and the one prior ( Patriot Act ) actually do not want you to have your freedoms any longer as they finally believe that now is the time for a real revolution to take place by revoking your first amendment rights that were once protected under the constitution that seems to be fading into obscurity?

Was this part of the CHANGE that Obama has been speaking of by transforming America?

Is this the CHANGE that he wishes to enforce upon each and every one of us who live in America?

Doesn’t this kind of remind you of June 4, 1989 all over again?

Well folks,

Congress Do Your Job; Try These Traitors For High Treason…

Friends this post is one that I cannot express in words. As I sit and watch the videos below I am sickened about what has happened to our nation under the darkness of night. A CHANGE is happening, and that CHANGE is the transformation of our nation, a transformation that will bring us directly into the grasp of Satan himself, a darkness known as evil.

These individuals who surround and advise Barack Hussein Obama are revolutionaries, extremists, traitors to our constitution, radicals who want nothing more than to bring the demise of our way of life.

Radicals who want nothing more than to have complete control over every facet of our lives.

These pressing times that we face are no longer between Republican, Democrats, Christians, non-Christians. This is about our freedoms being stripped from our hands, from the hands that our fathers have died for.

If we do not take a stand now we will lose this country, not to an economic collapse, but to radicals that have taken over the White House.

Please watch each of these videos below and share them with your friends and family as fast as you can so that awareness can be raised, and the people who are still fast asleep will be awoken and understand what is at stake if any of us continue to sit silent and sleep throughout our days.

Aids to the president say that he plans to be more assertive in his address to a joint session of congress Wednesday night. The gloves are coming off, no more unicorns and rainbows (except for radical Islamic whackos who want to kill us infidels).

He’s pretty predictable, so here’s what you’re going to hear:

“We must act now.” Translation: Every time I talk about healthcare, more Americans wise up and get angry about it, so we’ve got to pass this thing before the wheels come off of this monster.

“Every American should have healthcare coverage.” Translation: rich Americans (who can pay for healthcare), people who are temporarily between jobs, those who don’t choose to sign up for government assistance, and ever single illegal alien who’s already bilking the system, must be forced into my new government plan.

“This ‘public option’ has a trigger.” Translation: Heh heh, I’m just kidding about this, ‘cuz the ‘trigger’ is wherever the government sets it, so it’s really, “Take the public option or I’ll pull the trigger.”

“You will still be able to choose your doctor.” Translation: … as long as your doctor is the one I have officially sanctioned. It’s for your own good you know. No, you don’t know, only I know what’s good for you.

“There will be no waiting lines. That’s just scare tactics from those who don’t like change.” Translation: the waiting lines shouldn’t be too bad, because Canadians wont be coming down here for excellent timely service anymore.

“My plan will bring costs down.” (Insert your own laughter track here, because the Congressional Budget Office, Democrats everywhere, and even Obama himself has said this is not true). And besides, it is physically impossible to force every uninsured person into a plan and not have the cost go up. AND whatever government touches it always makes inefficient.

“We musn’t be afraid of change!” (I don’t think anyone’s afraid of change here, we’re just reasonably afraid of the biggest mammoth GOVERNMENT healthcare takeover).

“We are at a pivotal point in American history.” NOW THIS IS THE TRUTH.

This IS the point in American history where we either decide that we want a nanny-state that takes lots more in taxes and gives us back a little of what it thinks is best for us, OR we can say “no” to this socialist healthcare takeover plan  – a bureaucratic tax and waste system – and “yes” to free market American style changes that will keep our healthcare system the best in the world while retaining our precious liberties. Check this:

I have heard some of the talking heads saying that some portion of this healthcare bill will get passed. But which sections do we keep?

• Pg 30 THERE WILL BE A GOVERNMENT COMMITTEE that decides what treatments/benefits you get
• Pg 29 lines 4-16 in the HC bill – YOUR HEALTHCARE IS RATIONED!!! You can only get so much “care” per year
• PG 50 Section 152 in HC bill – HC will be provided to ALL non-US citizens, illegal or otherwise.
• Pg 58HC Bill – Government will have real-time access to individuals finances & a National ID Healthcard will be issued!
• Pg 72 Lines 8-14 Government is creating an HC Exchange to bring private HC plans under Government control.
• Pg 167 Lines 18-23 ANY individual who doesnt have acceptable HC accrdng to Government will be taxed 2.5%.  Yes, tax the uninsured.
• Pg 170 Lines 1-3 HC Bill Any NONRESIDENT Alien is exempt from individual taxes. (You and I will pay for them).
• PG 203 Line 14-15 HC – “The tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax” Yes, it says that.
• Pg 317 L 13-20  PROHIBITION on ownership / investment. Government tells Drs. What / how much they can own!
• Pg335 L 16-25 Pg 336-339 – Government mandates establishment of outcome based measures. HC the way they want. More rationing.
• Pg 341 Lines 3-9 Government has authority to disqualify Medicare Adv Plans, HMOs, etc. Forcing all into Government HC plan.
• PG 425 Lines 22-25, 426 Lines 1-3 Government provides approved list of end of life resources, guiding you in death.
• PG 430 Lines 11-15 The Government will decide what level of treatment you will have at end of life.

No, we shouldn’t keep ANY of this! Not to mention the astronomical cost will be a recovery killer. This is an anti-choice, extremely expensive, heavy handed, big-government boondoggle that is just plain bad through and through. There is NO REDEEMING PORTION of the democrat’s plan. But there ARE free market solutions that WORK, starting with tort reform. That’s “limiting lawsuits.” The democrats will never put that in their bill because 95% of trial lawyer donations go to democrats; They will never bite the hand that feeds them, even if it is the best thing for the country!

THERE IS ANOTHER PLAN

You’re just not hearing it,

because the mainstream media

wants the democrats’ socialist plan –

and their hero, Obama – to succeed.

And lets face it; the democrats do want their top down total control system to be put in place over you as well. More power for them, less freedom for you. More taxes for them, and a lot less money in your pocket; you won’t be able to afford a different plan even if it was available. But it wont be, because if the government sponsors a public option, they will always be able to undercut the private companies (using your money, I might add), and private companies will go out of business. The only option in the long run IS the “public option.”

SO, here are the bullet points of free market reform that works.

• Reform our health justice system (yes, “tort reform”).
• Fraud & waste reduction, which will be helped by
• Moving from a paper based system to an electronic system
• Create a HEALTH based system (prevention) instead of just caring for people after they get sick
• Tax reform (liberating the health system and rewarding healthy choices)
• Investing in scientific and technological breakthroughs.

At minute 1:07 in this video it was stated that our elected representatives are now referring to U.S. citizens as brown shirts, which is absurd. It seems that if anyone dares to even speak a word against the Obama administration and their policies they are now deemed as brown shirt (Nazis)?

I can guarantee you that those citizens who are speaking out against the murder of the elderly through the proposed health care package are not brown shirts; they are concerned U.S. citizens exercising their constitutional rights that these so called representatives swore to protect on the day they took office.

With that said, what exactly is a brown shirt?

In 1921 Adolf Hitler formed his own private army called Sturm Abteilung (Storm Section). The SA (also known as stormtroopers or brownshirts) were instructed to disrupt the meetings of political opponents and to protect Hitler from revenge attacks. Captain Ernst Roehm of the Bavarian Army played an important role in recruiting these men, and became the SA’s first leader.

I am appalled at the blatant disregard this administration and his henchmen have towards the citizens of this nation. In the video above, and in this quote which took place in a meeting in Michigan, they both make reference to Hitler, why?

Final Thoughts

As you read this brief summary of Hitler policies and ideologies that he implemented as he rose to power, it is alarming how some of these same policies reflect the policies of our current day representatives. Before our congressmen and women dare align the citizens of the United states to Nazis, they need to take a close look in the mirror, as we the people are not the ones pushing unjust and unconstitutional legislation upon the citizens of this country – they are.

Remember my friends; ignorance does not excuse you from the events that are taking place around our nation. Ignorance is only a means that allows you to deserve the calamity that will befall us if we the people continue to sit in our deathly silence.

If you are a citizen of this nation it is your patriotic responsibility to serve your country now by speaking out against the legislation that our administration is trying to unjustly force up on us, and to educate others of what is happening so that their voices and yours will be heard.

The media for far too long has gotten away with negligent and inaccurate reporting, and it is time that we the people, the citizens of this nation, take it back by reporting the news and events from the eyes of American citizens, not the socialist regime they wish us to be.

President Obama either has enormous stones, is “acting stupidly” with healthcare, or his is willfully ignorant, and trying to wish (and “hope”) the giant pile of ca-ca he calls “healthcare reform” to change into something workable. It’s not. ObamaCare is broke before it even gets out the door. The Congressional Budget Office (CBO, non-partisan) says so.

In a highly controversial move, Barack “its all about me” Obama invited CBO head’s over to his digs for some quality bonding time. (Read that Obama’s goons put CBO leaders in a headlock, give them a noogie, and say “now who’s plan gives citizens every drop of healthcare they want for free? Hmmm?”) Thank God the CBO leaders didn’t cave. Zero’s schoolyard bullying tactics didn’t yield the CBO’s milk money; There are no savings. None.

Obama’s own budget from March is more than ambitious, it’s outrageous, and really impossible. Even the “Anointed One” couldn’t change this water into wine.

Against his utopian dreams, Barack sings, “Imagine,” while hoping these things will change from a giant pile of poo to diamonds (to be taxed at a confiscatory rate, of course). (from the White House OMB page, March 2009):

• Invest in education and in our most precious resource—our people—through a major new commitment to early childhood education, scaling up innovative new programs in our schools, and opening up the doors to college; (can’t go wrong supporting the kids, except there are lots of countries around the world who are beating us in education at half the price. Maybe it’s the NEA?).
• Invest in clean energy technologies like wind power and solar power, advanced biofuels, and fuel-efficient cars—investments that would help free us from foreign oil, create millions of jobs that pay well and can’t be outsourced, and make clean energy the profitable kind of energy; (“Cap and Trade” will not just hamstring us, it will cut our legs off. $20/gallon gas is “good for us” they say. Unless you like the idea of riding around in a wind-powered wheelchair, this idiotic legislation needs a “no” as well. The whole issue would be mostly solved if we’d build new nuclear plants across the nation) and 
• Cut the deficit in half by 2013. (Considering Obama’s already jacked it up to four times (and climbing) any of Bush’s presidential years, I’d say this one’s a laughable “no go.”)
• Invest in health care, since rising health care costs are a burden not only for the federal government but also for families, companies, and states; (CBO says this is impossible)

ObamaCare will remain “poo,” and you shouldn’t buy it, even when Democrats sprinkle it with cubic zirconium and tell you how it sparkles. Tell your Senators “the numbers don’t add up, and we mustn’t ram this awful, costly, and completely ineffective piece of legislation down our throats.” It’s not castor oil; it’s sulfuric acid.

Hot Air now reports in a great article entitled, “New Dem strategy on ObamaCare: Ignore the evidence and just trust us!”

After taking shots to the political solar plexus from the CBO on the costs of their health-care reform package, House Democrats have decided to drop the pretense of saving money through ObamaCare.  Instead, The Hill reports that Democrats will argue that the new health-care system will be so good, that it will be worth spending a lot more money on it

1. Stop Paying the Crooks. First, we must dramatically reduce healthcare fraud within our current healthcare system. Outright fraud – criminal activity – accounts for as much as 10 percent of all healthcare spending. That is more than $200 billion every year. Medicare alone could account for as much as $40 billion a year. 2. Move from a Paper-based to an Electronic Health System. As it stands now, it is simply impossible to keep up with fraud in a paper-based system. An electronic system would free tens of billions of dollars to be spent on investing on the kind of modern system that will transform healthcare. In addition, it would dramatically increase our ability to eliminate costly medical errors and to accelerate the adoption of new solutions and breakthroughs.
3. Tax Reform. The savings realized through very deliberately and very systematically eliminating fraud could be used to provide tax incentives and vouchers that would help cover those Americans who currently can’t afford coverage. In addition, we need to expand tax incentives for insurance provided by small employers and the self-employed. Finally, elimination of capital gains taxes for investments in health-solution companies can greatly impact the creation advancement of new solutions that create better health at lower cost.
4. Create a Health-Based Health System. In essence, we must create a system that focuses on improving individual health. The best way to accomplish this is to find out what solutions are actually working today that save lives and save money and then design public policy to encourage their widespread adoption. For example, according to the Dartmouth Health Atlas, if the 6,000 hospitals in the country provided the same standard of care of the Intermountain or Mayo health clinics, Medicare alone would save 30 percent of total spending every year. We need to make best practices the minimum practice. We need the federal government and other healthcare stakeholders to consistently migrate to best practices that ensure quality, safety and better outcomes.
5. Reform Our Health Justice System. Currently, the U.S. civil justice system is the most expensive in the world-about double the average cost in virtually every other industrialized nation. But for all of the money spent, our civil justice system neither effectively compensates persons injured from medical negligence nor encourages the elimination of medical errors. Because physicians fear malpractice suits, defensive medicine (redundant, wasteful treatment designed to avoid lawsuits, not treat the patient) has become pervasive. CHT is developing a number of bold health-justice reforms including a “safe harbor” for physicians who followed clinical best practices in the treatment of a patient. 6. Invest in Scientific Research and Breakthroughs. We must accelerate and focus national efforts, re-engineer care delivery, and ultimately prevent diseases such as Alzheimer’s Disease and diabetes which are financially crippling our healthcare system.

The Last Thing We Need is a Plan That Raises Taxes and Eliminates Jobs

I would also add a provision to bump illegals off the healthcare dole; we spend billions on free healthcare for uninsured illegal aliens every year. Let the government health system where they came from tackle their issues, we have too many healthcare problems of our own to be just giving it away free. But I digress.

Obama’s plan doesn’t work. No savings. And lets be straight: other provisions in the bill (dictatorial restrictions, actually) are downright evil, power grabs, and an attempt to manipulate not only what you receive in healthcare, but who you vote for, because once democrats have you corralled into their pen, are you really going to vote against the only pathetic healthcare scraps they toss your way?

Democrats cant be trusted with healthcare. Their motives are not out for your best interest.

Just say “no” to ObamaCare.

EW has done research into economic cycles going back several hundred years and so far in our research of what they have been reporting, they have been fairly accurate.  Also, be aware that America IS NOW in a depression and it’s going to be worse than the “great depression”  and again, worse because the gub’ment has decided that a Marxist or centrally planned economy is far better than a free market or laissez-faire economy, so Americans are facing a triple threat.  (Download these papers which go with radio show).

Do not believe what the faux-bama and Tax Cheat Timothy Geithner are yammering about regarding this economy,  in that it will turn around this year, as it will will only hurt you!  They are bald face liars,  and of course, the state sponsored media is in lock step with this deceit and reporting to you that America is only going through a Jimma Carter style recession.

America is in a depression.  No Compromise Media has been reporting this depression since last November and our economy has steadily slipped further down into an economic nightmare for millions of American families in the loss of jobs, homes, and futures. 

This depression would have not been as severe had the Congress decided that they stood for Americans and protected our economy, but instead they decided to be driven by their narcissistic fantasies,  and lust for power and that their own personal lives were more important than those they claim to represent.  It is time for Term Limits and it’s time for impeachment charges to be filed against certain congress critters! 

If Americans do not take back Congress in 2010 and strengthen our free market then it’s going to take another 50 or 60 years to get this country back!  There was a severe long-term depression that began in 1721 with the popping of the South Sea bubble and continued all the way until the 1780s.  That depression mimics the one we are seeing today.  The bubbles that are popping today are as extreme as the South Sea bubble in 1720.  

Prepare!  That’s the word for today. Get out of debt, save your money,  and prepare!

In our attempt to protect our country, we, Patriots,  have to be very careful which Bills we object to,  and which Bills we support. For example, in the case of HR 985.  This piece of legislation will protect reporters who, in the course of their job as a journalist,  stumble on any information for their story, that is also needed in a criminal case or investigation. It will also protect the media outlet.

Americans need the free flow of Information

This is also called a shield law,  which have been around for several decades now.  In the past, the High Court rappelled with how to balance First Amendment protection for news gathers while protecting them at the same time when they gathered sources and information in a criminal case.  Basically, this bill claims it will protect the information reporters are gathering which is NOT a bad thing.  If a reporter believes they might be prosecuted if they secure certain information, like in the Watergate debacle, they might not go forward with their reporting if their liberty is at stake. This fear puts a chill on practicing the First Amendment and THAT is not acceptable in a supposed free country! 

The problem Americans have today is that American media no longer subscribes to the once held ethic, “People have a RIGHT to know.”  99% of the reporters are biased, liberal and Marxist and will PROTECT their sources and information if it means their “political man”  will be held accountable for a crime he committed!   Most reporters lost all neutrality in this last election and Congress has proven time and time again, that they can not be trusted!  And from the Citizen perspective, this is a legitimate fear.

Currently there is enough protection for reporters, their sources,  and their information, since information comes from sources,  and America simply does not need another shield law. We have enough laws on our books!   I will object to this law on that ground!

In any matter arising under Federal law, a Federal entity may not compel a covered person to provide testimony or produce any document related to information obtained or created by such covered person as part of engaging in journalism, unless a court determines by a preponderance of the evidence, after providing notice and an opportunity to be heard to such covered person

What is a covered person?

The term `covered person’ means a person who regularly gathers, prepares, collects, photographs, records, writes, edits, reports, or publishes news or information that concerns local, national, or international events or other matters of public interest for dissemination to the public for a substantial portion of the person’s livelihood or for substantial financial gain and includes a supervisor, employer, parent, subsidiary, or affiliate of such covered person.

Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”

There are numerous allegations to Obama’s claim of natural birth in the U.S. On the web and in the media, all raising suspicion and doubt as to Obama’s actual place of birth and qualification to run for president. Some of the assertions to which Obama “admitted” on Berg’s suit are: he was born in Mombassa, Kenya in 1961 while his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was married to Barack Obama Sr., a Kenyan; when his mother, divorced from Obama Sr, moved to Indonesia and married Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian, Obama was adopted by Soetoro and became an Indonesian citizen; while in Indonesia, Obama had his name changed to Barry Soetoro; Obama traveled to Pakistan in 1981 under an Indonesian passport when Pakistan was a no travel zone for Americans. Additionally, there is an allegation that Obama’s Kenyan grandmother claims that Obama was born in Kenya; Muammar Gadhafi, leader of Libya, has publicly claimed that Obama was born in Kenya and studied in Muslim schools in Indonesia. Obama has also admitted on his website to hold citizenship in another country (the U.S. Constitution forbids dual citizenship).

A lawsuit in Honolulu in the First District Court is seeking a court-order to open Obama’s secret birth records. Obama has thus far neglected a Freedom of Information request for the records at two hospitals in Hawaii.

Lawsuits in Washington, Georgia, California, Florida, New York and Connecticut are seeking state Superior Courts to force the states’ Secretary of State, as the chief state elections officer, to perform their state constitutional duties to require original certifying birth records from Mr. Obama that would verify his birth in Hawaii.

Philip Berg’s months-long lawsuit in Federal Court in Philadelphia reached a dramatic plateau as Mr. Obama and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) failed to respond to the court that Mr. Obama is not a natural born U.S. Citizen and therefore not qualified to run for office of President of the U.S. They admitted to Obama’s non-qualification by their failure to respond to a 30-day court ordered discovery in which Obama and the DNC were ordered to answer a petition by Berg. Mr. Berg has stated that if the Federal court chooses to dismiss he will appeal all the way to the Supreme Court.

These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to State and federal authorities. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution against ALL enemies foreign and domestic. We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question.
