BEST BUY MAKES US AWARE THAT AMERICANS OWE ALL TO ALLAH

Happy Eid al-Adna, America

Pagan Holiday Upstages Thanksgiving & Christmas

Electronics Giant Celebrates Islam

by Dr. Paul Williams of thelastcrusade.org

Is America becoming a Muslim nation? Has the tide of history turned against the Christians and Jews living in the land of the free and the home of the brave? Will Islamic law eventually become the law of the land?

The answer to all of the above is yes.

Proof comes with the holiday ads from Best Buy that will be inserted in every leading newspaper throughout the country this Thanksgiving.

The ad makes scant mention of Thanksgiving, other than to urge people to “Shop Thanksgiving Day”. Best Buy does however; “Wish all Muslims throughout the country a “Happy Eid al-Adna.”

Best Buy knows business trends and the potential pool of new consumers, especially immigrants who have arrived in the U.S. over the past decade.

And the most rapidly rising populace is neither black nor Hispanic but rather Muslim.

This phenomenon got underway in 1965 with the passage of an Immigration Reform Bill that did away with the quota system and opened the gates of America to Third World countries.

The Islamic population of the U.S., according to the Council on American Islamic Relations, soared from 1.6 million in 1965 to 8 million in 2005. The total number of Muslims in America remains unknown, since census statistics do not include religious affiliation.

Best Buy is spearheading the trend. The company opted several years ago to make no mention of Christmas in its media advertising, but the electronic giant has no qualms about mentioning Eid al-Adha, which falls on November 27.

The advertising executives at Best Buy, no doubt, are aware of the injunction from Anjem Choudary, the most notorious Muslim in London: “Whoever wishes someone a Merry Christmas exposes himself to the wrath and anger of Allah.

Eid al-Adha is a holiday which celebrates Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his son Ismael to Allah.

OB Gives Philippines Residents Sense of Hope

Are you willing to do the same even though they may persecute you?

by Roberto Santiago

What is OB? OB stands for Operation Blessing . They are a Christian based organization that helps all types of people who are in need.

What caught my attention to this article is the group of people that Operation Blessing helped in a time of need.

MINDINAO, Philippines – This summer, flash floods in the southern Philippines have left hundreds of families homeless, while an ongoing war between the government and Muslim rebels has forced thousands more into evacuation centers.

Even though Christians are persecuted by Muslims in this part of the world:

COTABATO: Ten people were killed when Muslim separatist guerrillas launched attacks and occupied a village in the southern Philippines, military and police officials said on Thursday.

Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) rebels attacked Midtungo village in the southern island of Mindanao with rocket-propelled grenades and assault rifles on Tuesday, military spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Julieto Ando said. The militants killed nine residents and wounded another, he said, updating an earlier toll of six after three more deaths were discovered.

MANILA, PHILIPPINES (BosNewsLife)– Two men are dead and another remained missing Saturday, April 25, after some 40 Muslim militants raided the predominately Christian village of Sitio Arco in Basilan province in the southern Philippines, a Christian rights group said.

source Philippines: Christians forbidden to display cross, sing hymns in Muslim south

… many Filipinos were shocked to learn from a privileges speech of Senate Minority Leader Aquilino Piumentel Jr., the untiring advocate of federalism (out of concern for the Muslim Filipinos), that in Marawi City and Sulu province it is forbidden to display the cross—the symbol of Christianity—at the top or frontage of buildings, including church spires.

Christians are also proscribed from singing religious hymns. This makes it impossible for Catholics to hold sung High Masses and Protestants to melodiously exclaim their joy at the blessings of Amazing Grace.

Is intolerance toward Christian symbols and hymns in Marawi and Sulu the specter of Talibanization rearing its ugly head? Some Marawi City people are proud of their city being the Philippines’ “lone Islamic City.” They exult over trycyles there that proclaim their being the “Gift of Allah” and not of Jesus.

Christian men and women put their feelings aside and came to the aid of those in need; even if some of those who were in need harbored hatred against them in their hearts.

Unson Demaguil is Muslim and the town’s municipal secretary.

“The people here have nothing to go back to because their houses have been burned,” Demaguil said. “The people are economically depressed and they are dependent on the NGO’s for their food.”

…Operation Blessing’s Albino Mercado Jr. believes that the disaster relief efforts sow peace and hope to the region.

“This is our way of showing the Muslims that we Christians care for them,” the pastor said. “We share the love of Jesus to them.”

Final Thoughts

For those of you who have not experienced Islam as others have in the different parts of the world, violence and terror towards Christians is all too common by those who follow its teachings of Islam:

Al-Qitâl

4. So, when you meet (in fight Jihâd in Allâh’s Cause), those who disbelieve smite at their necks till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives). Thereafter (is the time) either for generosity (i.e. free them without ransom), or ransom (according to what benefits Islâm), until the war lays down its burden. Thus [you are ordered by Allâh to continue in carrying out Jihâd against the disbelievers till they embrace Islâm (i.e. are saved from the punishment in the Hell-fire) or at least come under your protection], but if it had been Allâh’s Will, He Himself could certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you fight), in order to test you, some with others. But those who are killed in the Way of Allâh, He will never let their deeds be lost…

Whereas the teachings of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior are the complete opposite.

Matthew 5:43-48 NIVYou have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ (44) But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, (45) that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. (46) If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? (47) And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? (48) Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

I am a firm believer that actions speak louder than words, and the actions of Operation Blessing shows the love of Jesus, and that message they sent by example of the Christian walk was powerful.

They loved those they helped as Jesus would love them, and showed them what Jesus can bring to everyone. Are you willing do the same?

O’Reilly won the battle – but lost the debate

Tags: , , , , , , , , ,

Ontologist says: O’Really is an excellent culture war community organizer, and is really effective at mustering the troops for battle; unfortunately, he is dreadfully lacking in philosophical understanding and depth, regularly committing major logical gaffes and fallacies, and uncritically affirming too many of the same philosophical positions that are held by the postmodern cultural nihilists that he is apparently fighting against. George W. Bush is also notorious for yielding vast philosophical and theological ground to the cultural nihilists. We should never underestimate the fact that ideas do indeed bear fruit and have very real consequences, whenever and wherever they are accepted by faith and persistently acted upon.

By Ilana Mercer

Bill O’Reilly has been tossing and goring Gov. Gregoire of Washington state. The reason for his welcome war on the super-left, supercilious Gregoire is the rude screed she sanctioned alongside the traditional Christmas display of the Nativity scene in the state capitol building.

Christine Gregoire allowed impolite atheists to flank the baby Jesus with a placard that read: “There are no gods, no devils, no angels, no heaven or hell. There is only our natural world. Religion is but myth and superstition that hardens hearts and enslaves minds.”

Fox New viewers have since deluged the governor’s office with angry phone calls – 200 an hour. So far so good. Bully for Bill.

But then Gregoire briskly disposed of Bill. In response, reported the Associated Press, the Democratic governor deferred to the U.S. Supreme Court, which has “been consistent and clear that, under the Constitution’s First Amendment, once government admits one religious display or viewpoint onto public property, it may not discriminate against the content of other displays, including the viewpoints of nonbelievers.”

Bill might have won the battle, but he lost the debate. Why? Because O’Reilly fiddles with the icing rather than the cake:

He defends the country’s founding faith on the frivolous grounds that it is a federal festival like any other – an “uplifting tradition … where peace and love are the theme of the great day.” The substance of O’Reilly’s claim against those who’d disrespect a Christmas display is: “Be nice, because Christmas is nice.” And because the feds have told you to.

Having defended Christmas as a lawful, public holiday, logical consistency then compels O’Reilly to stick up for every foul federal holiday, including Martin Luther King’s dedicated day. This he duly did, even going so far as to suggest that atheists apply to have their own, federally approved, winter solstice celebration. Until such a day, however, Bill vowed to banish them from the public square.

This is the country’s founding faith O’Reilly is talking about; not one among many competing holidays.

And this is O’Reilly’s problem. He’s forever arguing his case from the stance of the positive law. The “Law.com Dictionary” defines legal positivism as “man-made law, as compared to ‘natural law,’ which is purportedly based on universally accepted moral principles.” Believers call the natural law “God’s law”; others, like myself, refer to law derived from reason.

Whatever the case, the natural law is the law O’Reilly seldom defers to.

O’Reilly generally adopts the position that the law is always just because it was arrived at by majority vote. This species of legal positivism contravenes classical natural law theory, as it equates justice with the law of the State.

To follow this reasoning, Hitler’s actions would have to be considered legitimate because he came to power democratically. (The Argument From Hitler is tired, I know, but it’s the end of the year, and I’m tired.)

A jog through First Amendment jurisprudence will reveal that Grinch Gregoire’s ruling is naturally illicit, as does it distort the original intent of the Constitution. First Amendment law has tended to see the injunction against the establishment of a state religion as an injunction against the expression of faith – especially discriminating against the founding Christian faith – in taxpayer-supported spheres. The end result has been the expulsion of religion from the public square and the suppression therein of freedom of religion.

As I’ve repeatedly written, “sometimes the law of the State coincides with the natural law. More often than not, natural justice has been buried under the rubble of legislation and statute.”

If you doubt O’Reilly’s defense of the Christmas display was inadequate, consider: If Christmas were not a public holiday, would the atheistic exhibit the uncouth governor authorized be defensible? And if Christmas were not an “uplifting tradition” – O’Reilly’s diminishing description – but a sad and somber day, would it not still deserve pride-of-place in state capitols across the country?

It most certainly would. And not because the State designated it a holiday, or because it is a harmless and happy day. Christmas ought to be defended on the basis that Christianity is America’s founding faith.

To defend Christian America with reference to un-Christian State law that has all but banished Christianity from the public square is worse than silly.

Harry and David Co. Removes Jesus Out of Display

Tags: , , , , , , , , ,

stollenThe daughter of one of my friends bought her mother a stollen for Christmas.  She went online to the Harry and David Company which by the way, started out as a Christian company.  This young girl chose to buy a stollen because Harry and David describe the history behind stollen. That was the only reason!

The shape of the cake was originally meant to represent the baby Jesus wrapped in swaddling clothes

It is unknown why Harry and David removed this religious history off their website,  but the fact is that their actions in NOT wanting to offend the usual loud mouth few ended up offending far more than a few.  I have written to Harry and David because I love their products and have purchased their stuff many, many times. I will no longer buy any more of their products through Costco or their shops in my local mall.  I, for one, have had it with people  and companies who feel free to offend Christians in not wanting to offend Christophobes. Harry and David no longer needs MY CHRISTMAS money,  or for that matter my money at all!

I am asking you to write to them by going to this link.  Political correctness and multiculturalism has ruined this country and set up Christians as the only group held up for mockery and persecution with a clear conscience by those calling themselves tolerant!!  Enough is enough!
