BTR staffers shut down those who threaten them!

Back in early October,  I had Phil Berg on my radio show to explain to the listeners the lawsuit he brought against the Obamunist.  Thirteen minutes into the show, Blog Talk Radio shut down my show citing I had violated their Terms of Use Agreement NEVER ONCE showing me one sentence of what that violation was in their power play against me! They stated the shutting down of my show was permanent and was “racially and ethnically violent”.  Quite a slanderous and libelous statement of my character if you ask me!  Of course, it is so clear that those at BTR like to use Saul Alinsky’s Rule #5 against those they disagree because it is easier to do that then to actually intellectually debate me on a plethora of issues!

Recently, again some nazi-like gestapo over at BTR shut down two more CONSERVATIVES SHOWS citing violations of the Terms of Use Agreement NEVER ONCE  showing those radio hosts one sentence of what those supposed violations were!

An interesting turn of events occurred: The election is over, so I guess Blog Talk Radio decided it was safe for an outspoken critic of the Obamunist to have her show back. As if I, or anyone else could do any harm to the messiah! If he’s such a messiah why silence his critics? Wow, what a god he must be!

Thanks to my listeners, Alan Levy, owner of BTR, said he would look into the matter. Apparently, he did, however, I did not receive an apology from Blog Talk Radio which I deserve to have from them for their picking and choosing who could speak on their platform! If their argument is that they are private and can boot off anyone they want then why not take down ALL of the shows that are outspoken against the obamunist? Why my show, my little ole show? If my show was

“racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, unreasonably violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing; 2. contains falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage BlogTalkRadio or any other person;” Red highlights by Shannon Dingee-Kramer

Really? BTR shall determine my compliance? Based on what? Evidence? Why didn’t they share that evidence with me? Why then has nothing been resolved? How is it that today my show isn’t about the above false accusations but a few weeks back it was about the above false accusations? That’s postmodernism for ya! Had McLame won would I have ever got my show back? Let me point out that whenever you hear the kind of statement such as “sole discretion to determine your compliance” that’s double speak for, “If we feeeeeel like it we’re going to shut your ass down”. This is a perfect example of the post modern will to power! Watch out for it, you could be next!

Why am I left with so many unanswered questions? I suspect that it’s about a bunch of ants willing their power of others just because they somehow have to flex their ant muscles! Do ants have muscles?

Anyway, I want to thank all of you for your continued support for my show, and I will let you know when I will have the next power packed exciting show that is if they don’t shut me down again because I have exercised my voice on this turn of events!

If you have been reading this blog lately then you are fully aware of the fact that I was discriminated against at Blog Talk Radio because the Content of my speech apparently was not acceptable.  Truth be told,  I really don’t know what the issue was for BTR to shut down my site, but I think it’s safe to assume it was my Content because of the guest I was interviewing at the time I was violated.  He  has filed a federal lawsuit against Barack Hussein Obama,  and the young girl who shut me down is an Obama supporter, so, you figure it out.

In the midst of all of the support I have been getting from all over the blog-o-sphere,  I have also gotten some very evil comments which I have deleted off this site because they epitomize the definition of sexism, and bigotry not to mention low level education,  and communication skills.  I call them sons of Belial!

I want to talk about these disgusting comments from a logical viewpoint for a few minutes.

These anti-Americans state that because Blog Talk Radio is a privately owned company then they have a right to shut anyone down for any reason which obviously includes sexist, racist and bigoted remarks.  Clearly, what I produced on my show was none of those things.  But let’s examine one issue, that being Content.  Blog Talk Radio can shut anyone down for ANY arbitrary reason whatsoever,  and it does not have to be because one violated some objective fact. They have the right to shut you down just because!  PERIOD!

If the government came along and shut my radio station down because of Content, Americans across this great Nation would be screaming discrimination, and justifiably so,  but because a private company shut me down due to Content we have to somehow put up with that discrimination even though in the case of a private company or association it’s a moral issue not a legal issue.

If it’s ok to shut me down because BTR is privately owned, why then, would the Obamunists have a problem with the privately owned KKK excluding people based on race? How can the community organizers say out of one side of their mouth that it’s ok for BTR to shut anyone down based upon their own subjective judgment of one’s “disagreeable” content, but at the same time, pass judgment upon the KKK for doing the exact same behavior of shutting down or excluding people based on the content of their skin pigmentation or Jewish chromosomes?

Or what about the Boy Scouts?  They are a private association, and yet look at all the legal attacks that were viciously hurled at the Boy Scouts,  because the Boy Scouts dared to excluded homosexuals from being Scout Masters? Why is it not ok for the Boy Scouts to exclude homosexuals as Scout Masters in their private association,  but it is ok for the Obamunists to exclude Conservative viewpoints from their private organizations,  and associations?

Can you say double standard?  I knew you could! Thank G-d for double standards because if the Obamunists didn’t have double standards they wouldn’t have any standards at all!

“Rights for me, but not for thee!  Free Speech for me, but not for thee,” so says the Obamunist!

These actions are what are hypocritical, NOT my actions in questioning the moral principle of a communications organization shutting me down for mere Content. The reason I can say this is BTR REFUSES to produce the pertinent FACTS as to what was said in the 13 minutes of my show that allegedly violated their Terms of Use agreement! Merely cutting and pasting a portion of the terms of use in an email is not stating any FACTS.

BTR staff has a problem with anyone holding them morally accountable for their subjective and arbitrary aka emotional judgments against another.  Because they have no fixed eternal principle by which they are willingly accountable to,  their only guide is an unrestrained Will to Power over others.  And we are expected to tolerate that behavior because they are privately owned!  I am making an explicit moral judgment upon the behavior of BTR. I do not deny their legal right of association of excluding whomever the owner,  Alan Levy chooses, but I am questioning the moral judgment of those individuals who took these actions against me,  and other past hosts on behalf of the proprietor, Alan Levy.

Now, I know for some of you lug heads out there who can’t understand logic, reason and morality,  this is simple:  If BTR can shut me down for any reason then the Boy Scouts can associate with anyone they choose for any reason without being assaulted legally or politically. PERIOD! And you Obamunists should have NO problem with the KKK excluding whomever they choose for whatever reason they deem fit! This is only logical consistency, and if you care about avoiding a double standard this is where it leads!

In the end, the Obamunists have proven themselves as haters of freedom. They are haters of anyone who disagrees with their Orwellian, Big Bubby, Marxist, and totalitarian world view!  They are the ultimate legislators of morality since they can not conceive of morality without legislation.  They are the true bigots and sexists and racists as revealed by the comments that I have received from Obamunists, not to mention the threats and harassment I have received. They have to be against free speech because their brains are addled by the postmodernist, subjective world view that they hold dear to their souls.

However, we have to have compassion on them as they are deeply in need of true learning abilities and healing for their lack of self worth! They need to understand that their opinions are their own,  and they don’t have to attack others if they are comfortable with their own opinion, right or wrong. They wouldn’t have to attack others because their self worth isn’t bound up in others agreeing with them.  If they were truly educated rather than indoctrinated they could rationally discuss why they disagree and why they believe.  Instead they will state,

I’m not going to argue about this! It’s just what I believe.

This is double speak for,

I will not defend what I believe because I can not defend it. It’s only how I FEEL. I can stab you in the back later, though if you make me feel uncomfortable by your viewpoint.

A true “Truth Seeker” doesn’t have to threaten, and censor others, but listens confidently,  and has no problem being morally and intellectually accountable to others.

The Principles of the First Amendment is there to protect speech we do not like, it’s not there to protect speech we do like!  What American gets to determine what is acceptable speech,  and what’s not acceptable speech for everyone else?  If the United States Supreme Court is Constitutionally prohibited from making that decision upon what grounds do the Obamunists have to violate that sacred and American Principle of the right to freedom of Speech regardless if one is in a private organization or not? This is about the PRINCIPLE of Freedom of Speech, not about that fact that one has a legal right to censor in a private organizaiton!

There used to be a classic American saying, “I disagree with you, but I will fight for your right to say it,” which changed to, “If you don’t like it,  turn the channel,” and now we hear, “You’re inciting hate,  so I will have you charged with a Hate Crime, you bigot!”

America is becoming a nation filled with people who whine about hurt feelings which leads to quashing one’s Right to speak in one way or the other.  Americans do not,  nor never have had the Right to be aggrieved!  

Our nation is turning from a once free country to people being scared to say what’s on their mind for fear of offending someone else or being called a bigot!  Here in America!

Yesterday I had attorney Phil Berg as a guest on my show. He has several decades of experience in the legal field, and has filed a lawsuit against Candidate Barack Obama.

I was about 13 minutes into my show and BTR decided to remove my show right in the middle of my interview claiming that my show was

“racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, unreasonably violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing;    2. contains falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage BlogTalkRadio or any other person;” stated BTR assistant Director of Customer Relations, Shannon Dingee-Kramer.

Of course, Ms. Dingee-Kramer provided no proof of this apparent violation of this vague and arbitrary offense.  It’s just pure opinion which seems to be more important than my opinion or Mr. Berg’s opinion.

Her decision to remove my show was ARBITRARY and unacceptable!  There was nothing abusive about my show on ANY level however, the action taken against me was very abusive!

In fact, I find BTR’s and specifically, Ms. Dingee-Kramer’s opinion and action politically offensive, defamatory, unreasonably violent, threatening, intimidating  and harassing;    2. which contains falsehoods and misrepresentations that HAS damaged ME as a person!

Those who are voting for Obama didn’t like my guest,  nor my content, and they demanded my show be removed.  Is this acceptable behavior? NO!  Is this how BTR handles free speech issues? YES!  They shut people down because they disagree with the speech?

This is disgusting and Orwellian at best!  The BTR leadership ought to be ashamed of themselves for their unAmerican actions!  Americans should NOT care about offending people MORE than protecting one’s Right to speak!  Where do you people live? North Korea?

Good gawd, what is happening to this country when people are whining and using power to shut others up?  Why would you dare want to be a part of that?

Your treatment of me and what I believe in is disgusting and smacks of a violation of my Civil Rights.  I am sure that BTR is licensed in several ways and thus can not just arbitrarily violate my federal Civil Rights.

I will be looking into this clear violation.

The recovery I seek is I want my show and all that I worked for over the last several  months to be restored immediately like it was when BTR violated my rights without warrant!  I would also like an apology as well!

Dear Talk Radio Representatives,

Just because you disagree with someone’s political viewpoints is no reason to silence them and stifle their free speech. A lot of people, myself included, count on people like Tracy to organize speakers and engage them in debate and discussion of current events and politics. I think the question of Obama’s citizenship and his eligibility for the presidency are fair game for talk radio. Was it Jeremiah Wright who said “Yo ho ho, Western Civ’s Gotta Go!”? Well, you and your collegues are helping it go. There is no compromise when you are right, and you folks are definitely wrong. Must we all form in line and chant the same slogans and echo the same elitist viewpoints. Is it not okay to disagree and say so??

Since when is it racist to question or criticize a black man or tell him no? Have we become so patronizing as a society that we have to destroy free speech in order to shield the black man from any scrutiny or unpleasant criticism.

We are not the owners of these liberties our forefathers worked so hard for; we are merely the custodians of it. I don’t want to be explaining to my grandchildren why we live in a Brave New World. Please do the right thing, and reinstate Tracy’s show. I also think an apology would be in order. Calling someone a racist is slanderous (or libelous)  as well as barely concealed bullying tactic to silence them so you can have the last word.

It’s always fascinating to witness liberals constant talk of “freedoms” and “choices” as they do everything in their power to LIMIT those freedoms and choices.

I guess if you speak of freedom and choice enough, it can effectively mask your true intentions. Even IN YOUR OWN MIND ! Which explains some peoples support for todays liberal ideals. There are those who are fully aware of what they’re doing though. For them there is no sufficient excuse.

That is Amendment I of the Constitution of the United States of America and last I checked that is where we live!  It’s a shame that free speech these days seems to only belong to the liberal left and if anyone else speaks about something that they don’t like they just pull the plug.  What happened to the exchange of ideas?  Why does the media feel they have to protect Barack Hussein Obama?  Is there something more sinister going on?  Why would something of public record being reported be considered racist?  If it was about McCain you can bet that it would be all over the airwaves.  No one seems too concerned about offending Anglos but will tip toe through broken glass to protect the feelings of someone considered a minority, well boo whoo … lets grow up.  What is the premise of blog talk radio?  Is censorship the new code or perhaps the mission statement?  It would seem that all sides of issues should be examined and not just what’s comfortable for the “Left”!  Tracy did nothing wrong, plain and simple!

Dear Sir and Madame –

Last time I checked, the 1st Amendment has not been repealed.

Given that, I am curious under what authority Ms. Dingee-Kramer censored Tracy’s interview of Philip Berg concerning his suit contesting Obama’s eligibility to run for the president.

I have seen and heard many interviews with Mr. Berg, and have not found any to be, in Ms. Dingee-Kramer’s words, “racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, unreasonably violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing;    2. contains [sic] falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage BlogTalkRadio or any other person;”.

The only rational conclusion is that Ms. Dingee-Kramer wanted to suppress any information damaging to the “anointed one” (ignore it and it might go away!).

Hmm, suppression of thoughts and ideas – kind of reminds me of a crazy little German guy with a goofy mustache from the 1930s and 1940s…

I guess the free marketplace of ideas at BTR is only open to those on the far Left.

To Whom It May Concern:

I just read online that you cut off a blog radio talk show and closed the account in violation of the host’s constitutional right to freedom of speech.  Why?  Because she had the nerve to interview a guest about a current legal action against Obama, a current candidate for President.  If you’re going to squelch constitutional freedoms for one – are you squelching them for all?  Have you also cancelled accounts of any and all talk show hosts that have spoken out against our current President of the United States ?  Or how about those speaking out against Obama’s competition – McCain and Palin?

If Obama is not a legal national born citizen he has NO right to be President – that is the constitutional law of our land.  There is a pending case requesting proof that Obama is legally eligible.  Why shouldn’t Americans be aware of the questions?  Shouldn’t Americans also be made aware that Obama is trying to do away with our 1st Amendment right of freedom of speech?   Please issue an apology to Tracy and get Tracy back on the air immediately.

If you cave in to Obama’s pressure in violation of your 1st Amendment rights; I hope Tracy has the guts to file a law suit against both Obama and you for violating hers – before the rest of us lose ours.   Would the ACLU take her civil rights case – or are they so in the tank for Obama and his far left liberal agenda that they would refuse?
