Funny how, according to Dr. Marc Siegel, this H1N1 flu is so severe in young people that everyone needs immediate vaccination regardless of the outcome, yet a lawyer, Judge and the FDA can’t seem to come to terms with one another.

Hmm, I wonder who is telling the truth. The Obama Administration who NEVER EVER lies ( CHANGE ) , or the scientist and health care workers who are saying that this vaccine in its current state is not safe and potentially deadly?

“We are arguing this is a new drug and it must go through the proper testing for safety and efficacy,” said attorney Jim Turner, who wants to stop other states from following New York’s lead in mandating vaccinations.

The Food and Drug Administration, which announced Sept. 15 that it had approved the H1N1 vaccine for distribution, says the vaccine is merely a change in strain from the typical seasonal flu vaccine and doesn’t require testing as a new drug.

U.S. District Judge Reggie Turner of the District of Columbia has not set a hearing date. Attorney Turner argues that if H1N1 is just a seasonal variation in the flu, the federal government shouldn’t have treated it as a national health emergency and set out to buy 250 million doses.

“The Catch-22 argument is that the FDA is putting out the message that this flu that is walking across the world … is so unique and so deadly that we must buy millions of doses,” he said.

The Obama administration began distributing the H1N1 vaccine nationwide this month, with plans to make the first 40 million doses available by Oct. 31. Four firms – CSL Limited, MedImmune LLC, Sanofi Pasteur Inc., and Novartus Vaccines and Diagnostics Limited – have been approved to produce the vaccine under federal contract.

Congress Do Your Job; Try These Traitors For High Treason…

Friends this post is one that I cannot express in words. As I sit and watch the videos below I am sickened about what has happened to our nation under the darkness of night. A CHANGE is happening, and that CHANGE is the transformation of our nation, a transformation that will bring us directly into the grasp of Satan himself, a darkness known as evil.

These individuals who surround and advise Barack Hussein Obama are revolutionaries, extremists, traitors to our constitution, radicals who want nothing more than to bring the demise of our way of life.

Radicals who want nothing more than to have complete control over every facet of our lives.

These pressing times that we face are no longer between Republican, Democrats, Christians, non-Christians. This is about our freedoms being stripped from our hands, from the hands that our fathers have died for.

If we do not take a stand now we will lose this country, not to an economic collapse, but to radicals that have taken over the White House.

As we go back and re-examine the speech Obama delivered to the Islamic community, around the world, from the White House, about Ramadan we will have to listen closely to see what we can learn.

This time, instead of writing, the team here at The Chronicle Watch decided to put words into video in order to help better express the concerns that were raised during Obama’s speech.

While there are many issues found in Obamas speech, we are going to address only a handful at this time.

As discussed earlier in an article titled, Mr. Obama is a Christian, we need to continue to ask a simple question.

Why would a self professed Christian recite the Shahada, the Muslims call to faith in perfect Arabic, when the recital makes one a Muslim according to Islamic teachings?

Communities

As we listen to the words of Mr. Obama we hear him bring up the word community time and time again, and now, all of a sudden, we see that the State Department, for the first time ever, appointed a Special Representative to Muslim Communities within the United States.

The question is, is this really the first time that Mr. Obama tried to have Islam breach the White House?

The answer is NO.

In 2008 Mr. Obama appointed a man by the name of Mazen Asbahi as his emissary to the Muslim Communities in the United States. The issue is that this man, Mazen Asbahi, has ties to the Islamic Society of North America which was an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case; the Holy Land Foundation is allegedly a front group for the terror organization Hamas.

After this was found out about, Mr. Asbahi, the new community leader resigned in order to, “avoid distracting from Barack Obama’s message of change.” ^{[ 1 ]}

Organization of the Islamic Conference ( OIC)

Continuing on with the speech he delivered, we heard Mr. Obama express how, “we are moving forward to partner with the OIC”.

The question is, who is the OIC?

The Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) is the second largest inter-governmental organization after the United Nations which has membership of 57 states spread over four continents. The Organization is the collective voice of the Muslim world and ensuring to safeguard and protect the interests of the Muslim world in the spirit of promoting international peace and harmony among various people of the world. ^{[ 2 ]}

It seems that from what is expressed on the OIC website, that they are the second largest organization in the world after the United Nations, and that they are the collective voice of the Muslim world.

The next question we have is, what voice are they interested in expressing?

In 2007, OIC Secretary General Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, widely considered to be a “moderate” Muslim professor from Turkey, used the UN’s “International Day of Tolerance” to assert that freedom of speech was unacceptable if it was used to criticize Islam. ^{[ 3 ]}

Then in 2008 this sentiment was expressed yet again.

“In 2008, the Organization of the Islamic Conference laid out a 10-year plan for suppression of free speech and for the introduction of laws that would prevent criticisms of religions and the reading of Islam…” ^{[ 4 ]}

According to the words expressed on the OIC website they claim to be the collective voice of the Muslim world; a voice according to the Cairo Declaration where rights and freedoms are stipulated under strict Islamic law.

The OIC calls itself the collective voice of the world-wide Muslim “ummah,” or nation. It has its own declaration of human rights, called the Cairo Declaration.

The document states “All rights and freedoms stipulated in this Declaration are subject to the Islamic Shari’ah,” which is strict Islamic law. ^{[ 5 ]}

Another alarming issue is what they, the OIC, consider terrorism. A act so terrorizing that it is a threat to world peace.

Marshall Sana, an Islamic expert at Barnabas Fund, said the OIC “actually wields an enormous amount of influence.”

“That’s been evident the last few years with perhaps its number one agenda item, which is combating ‘Islamophobia‘ as they call it, or the defamation of religion,” he added.

The OIC calls Islamophobia “the worst form of terrorism” and a threat to world peace. ^{[ 6 ]}

Final Thoughts

As we see alignments like never before being made by this administration the question remains, “how can an American President knowing the views and ties within these organization wish to partner with them”?

Why would a president of any nation align themselves with countries that have never been considered friends of the nation in which they rule?

Maybe the answer is that this President is really after a CHANGE; a change that comes under the guise of Islamic law.

As Christians we believe that the only way to salvation – everlasting life – is through faith in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

There is no other possible way to enter the kingdom of heaven except through Jesus Christ.

The issue at hand is that Mr. Obama who has stated on several occasions that he is a Christian speaks a doctrine that is not taught anywhere in the Christian Bible.

There’s the belief, certainly in some quarters, that people haven’t embraced Jesus Christ as their personal savior that they’re going to hell…

I find it hard to believe that my God would consign four-fifths of the world to hell.

One thing that Mr. Obama neglects to mention is that God gives each of us a conscience, and that conscience knows right from wrong.

So he says, or does he?

Isn’t this what Mr. Obama claims? Interview after interview, speech after speech he expresses his Christian faith from the pulpit from which he preaches; the television screen where we hear Mr. Obama clearly claims that he is a Christian.

So without further ado let’s look to Mr. Obama speak in his own words on his profession of faith in the religion he claims to be following – Christianity.

Ok, all right then, yeah, maybe this is just a huge mistake, a slip of the tongue.

I mean come on I am sure that each one of us at one time or another has went on record claiming to be of one faith, and then accidentally, because we forgot, claimed to belong to another. I mean everyone has done it right? So let’s be fair and cut Mr. Obama some slack in order to afford him the opportunity to clear things up, you know to get his facts straight.

So with that said let’s take a little deeper look as to what Mr. Obama has to say about his Christian prayer life. A Christian who thinks the Christian Islamic call to prayer is, and I quote, “ one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset ”.

Hmm, I wonder when in his Christian life he heard this pretty sound? Could it have been during his Cairo speech? Well maybe, but highly unlikely as his statement was made in March of 2007, before his Cairo speech that was delivered in June of 2009.

Mr. Obama recalled the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them with a first-rate accent. In a remark that seemed delightfully uncalculated (it’ll give Alabama voters heart attacks), Mr. Obama described the call to prayer as “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.”

Let me also point out that Mr. Obama, a self proclaimed Christian, recited the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer with a first rate Arabic accent. A prayer, that according to Islamic beliefs is the Muslims profession of faith – the Sahada, which Mr. Obama spoke in a perfect Arabic accent.

My question is that if Mr. Obama is a Christian like he claims to be, then how can someone who claims to believe in the Christian Bible speak a prayer that proclaims the Islamic faith which follows the Qur’an?

Doesn’t the Bible clearly state, “You shall have no other gods before Me” ^{Exodus 20:3}, I believe it does, so I wonder what Bible is Mr. Obama reading from? Apparently it doesn’t seem to be the one with Exodus 20:3 in it, now does it.

Fine, maybe this is just a big mistake, because after all wasn’t it Mr. Obama, a Christian, who could not wait to attend the National Day of Prayer so that he could have fellowship with other believers; the Christians and Jews:

President Obama is distancing himself from the National Day of Prayer by nixing a formal early morning service and not attending a large Catholic prayer breakfast the next morning.

Did I just say he could not wait to attend? Sorry, I meant he could not wait to NOT ATTEND the National Day of Prayer that mainly Christian and Jewish leaders attended in the White House East Room.

Weird, maybe this was yet just another huge insight on my part as maybe Mr. Obama probably didn’t want to mix religion and politics being in the White House and all.

But wait, wasn’t it the same Mr. Obama, a Christian mind you, who inspired those who want the White House to become a Muslim House:

…supposedly inspired an Islamic rally calling 50,000 Muslims to attend the 4 a.m. event on the National Mall on Sept. 25 who expressed sentiments that , “We are going to the White House, so that Islam will be victorious, Allah willing, and the White House will become into the Muslim house…”

The same Mr. Obama, a Christian, who denies the flyover at the God and Country Rally for the first time in 42 years, a rally that has “focused on honoring and paying tribute to those veterans who have served our nation in the past and those who are currently on active duty” ^{[ MetroCatholic ]} , all because Mr. Obama believes it is too Christian in Nature?

Now there is an oxymoron for you; a Christian who would not allow an event because it seems too Christian to him.

Yet it was that same Mr. Obama, you know the self proclaimed Christian one, who spoke the first few lines of the Islamic call to prayer with a perfect Arabic accent, that according to Islamic beliefs is the Muslims profession of faith, the same Christian who has no issues whatsoever delivering a speech, from the White House mind you, extending best wishes to Muslims during Ramadan around the world, yet refused a flyover at a time honored event because it seemed too Christian.

But yet there was not an issue honoring a Muslim tradition from the White House; ya I know, weird eh?

Call me crazy or just plain ignoramus, but I am starting to see a really bad pattern here, and the pattern I see does not resemble the ideologies of our Founding Fathers.

Yup, there we go with that CHANGE again…

As we watch this wonderful organization in action, proudly helping the peers of their community, we see men and women come together in a way like never before – to help bring real change to the city of Baltimore.

A wonderful change riddled with activity that would put most of us common folk in a little place called “J A I L”.

With that said, let’s watch how ACORN helps community members of Baltimore with this change. A change; or should I say organization, backed and supported by Mr. Obama, and if allowed to go unchallenged will carelessly help further the demise of a great nation called the United States of America.

What will happen when the United States government bans Americans from private health care and replaces it with Obamas Universal Health Care plan?

What would happen if you found out that you had cancer, and were told by a doctor that you needed an MRI scan, but were told you had to wait 4-5 months to receive the scan that could help the doctors save your life, and that you could not pay for it yourself even though the doctor said time was of the essence?

What would you do if there were no neighboring countries you could travel to in order to receive the care needed to save your life, even if that meant paying the medical expenses out of your own pocket?

WHAT WOULD YOU DO???

To answer these question, and to look into our future under the universal health care package we need to look no further than our neighbors to the North – Canada.

If we as a nation turn back to our Christian roots, and make sure we only vote God fearing men and women into office come election time, then the mess we got ourselves into can be reversed; only if we as a nation repent and turn back to God – the God of Israel.

But if we do not, and we continue to refuse the Lord God Almighty, then the trials and tribulations we face today are only the beginning, and I can assure you it will get much worse.

(17) Then the LORD’s anger will burn against you, and he will shut the heavens so that it will not rain and the ground will yield no produce, and you will soon perish from the good land the LORD is giving you.

Yes, the choice is clearly ours, continue to refuse God as a nation, or accept Him, the question is, what are you going to do?

I accept the Lord God and His Son Jesus Christ, and I choose to follow Him to the end of the earth, and I pray that we as a nation once again become a Christian God fearing nation where we put God first and foremost so that we once again can become the beacon the United States once used to be.

God bless each and every one of you, and please consider the words in which I wrote; repent and be delivered, or refuse and accept destruction.

Yes, the choice is ours, and we are free to choose however we see fit, but please my dear friends choose wisely for this will be the most important decision you will ever have to make. God is love, but He is also full of wrath, and I for one do not dare test Him…

2009-2010 will rank with 1913-1914, 1933-1936, 1964-1965 and 1981-1982 as years that will permanently change our government, politics and lives.

Just as the stars were aligned for Wilson, Roosevelt, Johnson and Reagan, they are aligned for Barack Obama. Simply put, we enter his administration as free enterprise, market-dominated, laissez-faire

Isn't it nice how they think for you? You no longer have to do any more thinkin' for yourself!

America. We will shortly become like Germany, France, the United Kingdom or Sweden — a socialist democracy in which the government dominates the economy, determines private sector priorities and offers a vastly expanded range of services to many more people at much higher taxes.

Obama will accomplish his agenda of “reform” under the rubric of “recovery.” Using the electoral mandate bestowed on a Democratic Congress by restless voters and the economic power given his administration by terrified Americans, he will change our country fundamentally in the name of lifting the depression. His stimulus packages won’t do much to shorten the downturn — although they will make it less painful — but they will do a great deal to change our nation.

In implementing his agenda, Obama will emulate the example of Franklin D. Roosevelt (not the liberal mythology of the New Deal, but the actuality of what it accomplished). When FDR took office, he was enormously successful in averting a total collapse of the banking system and the economy. But his New Deal measures only succeeded in lowering the unemployment rate from 23 percent in 1933 when he took office to 13 percent in the summer of 1937. It never went lower. And his policies of over-regulation generated such business uncertainty that they triggered a second-term recession. Unemployment rose to 17 percent in 1938 and, in 1940, on the verge of the war-driven recovery, stood at 15 percent. (These data and the real story of Hoover’s and Roosevelt’s missteps, uncolored by ideology, are available in “The Forgotten Man” by Amity Shlaes.)

But in the name of a largely unsuccessful effort to end the depression, Roosevelt passed crucial and permanent reforms that have dominated our lives ever since, including Social Security, the creation of the

SEC, unionization under the Wagner Act, the federal minimum wage and a host of other fundamental changes.

Obama’s record will be similar, although less wise and more destructive. He will begin by passing every program for which liberals have lusted for decades, from alternative energy sources to school renovations to infrastructure repairs to technology enhancements. These are all good programs, but they normally would be stretched out for years. Freed of any constraint on the deficit — indeed empowered by a mandate to raise it as high as possible — Obama will do them all rather quickly.

But it is not his spending that will transform our political system; it is his tax and welfare policies. In the name of short-term stimulus, he will give every American family (who makes less than $200,000) a welfare check of $1,000 euphemistically called a refundable tax credit. And he will so sharply cut taxes on the middle class and the poor that the number of Americans who pay no federal income tax will rise from the current one-third of all households to more than half. In the process, he will create a permanent electoral majority that does not pay taxes, but counts on ever expanding welfare checks from the government. The dependency on the dole, formerly limited in pre-Clinton days to 14 million women and children on AFDC, will now grow to a clear majority of the U.S. population.

Will he raise taxes? Why should he? With a congressional mandate to run the deficit up as high as need be, there is no reason to raise taxes now and risk aggravating the depression. Instead, Obama will follow the opposite of the Reagan strategy. Reagan cut taxes and increased the deficit so that liberals could not increase spending. Obama will raise spending and increase the deficit so that conservatives cannot cut taxes. And when the economy is restored, he will raise taxes with impunity since the only people who would have to pay them would be rich Republicans.

In the name of stabilizing the banking system, Obama will nationalize it. Using TARP funds to write generous checks to needy financial institutions, his administration will demand preferred stock in exchange. Preferred stock gets dividends before common stockholders do. With the massive debt these companies will owe to the government, they will only be able to afford dividends for preferred stockholders — the government, not private investors. So who will buy common stock? And the government will demand that its bills be paid before any profits that might materialize are reinvested in the financial institution. So how will the value of the stocks ever grow? Devoid of private investors, these institutions will fall ever more under government control.

Obama will begin the process by limiting executive compensation. Then he will urge restructuring and lowering of home mortgages in danger of default (as the feds have already done with Citibank). Then will come guidance on which loans to make and government instructions on the types of enterprises to favor. God grant that some Blagojevich-type is not in charge of the program, using his power to line his pockets. The United States will find itself with an economic system comparable to Japan’s, where the all-powerful bureaucracy at MITI (Ministry of International Trade and Industry) manages the economy, often making mistakes like giving mainframe computers priority over the development of laptops.

But it is the health care system that will experience the most dramatic and traumatic of changes. The current debate between a Medicare-like governmental single-payer plan and a channeling of coverage through private insurance misses the essential point. Without a lot more doctors, nurses, clinics, equipment and hospital beds, health resources will be strained to the breaking point. The people and equipment that currently serve 250 million Americans and largely neglect all but the emergency needs of the other 50 million will now have to serve everyone. And as government imposes ever more draconian price controls and income limits on doctors, the supply of practitioners and equipment will decline as the demand escalates. Price increases will be out of the question so the government will impose health care rationing, denying the older and sicker among us the care they need and even barring them from paying for it themselves. (Rationing based on income and price will be seen as immoral).

And Obama will move to change permanently the partisan balance in America. He will move quickly to legalize all those who have been in America for five years, albeit illegally, and to smooth their paths to citizenship and voting. He will weaken border controls in an attempt to hike the Latino vote as high as he can in order to make red states like Texas into blue states like California. By the time he is finished, Latinos and African-Americans will cast a combined 30 percent of the vote. If they go by top-heavy margins for the Democrats, as they did in 2008, it will assure Democratic domination — until they move up the economic ladder and become good Republicans.

And he will enact the check-off card system for determining labor union representation, repealing the secret ballot in union elections. The result will be to raise the proportion of the labor force in unions up to the high teens from the current level of about 12 percent.

Finally, he will use the expansive powers of the Federal Communications Commission to impose “local” control and ownership of radio stations and to impose the “fairness doctrine” on talk radio. The effect will be to drive talk radio to the Internet, fundamentally change its economics and retard its growth for years hence.

But none of these changes will cure the depression. It will end when the private sector works through the high debt levels that triggered the collapse in the first place. And then, the large stimulus package deficits will likely lead to rapid inflation, probably necessitating a second recession to cure it.

So Obama’s name will be mud by 2012 and probably by 2010, as well. And the Republican Party will make big gains and regain much of its lost power.

But it will be too late to reverse the socialism of much of the economy, the demographic change in the electorate, the rationing of health care by the government, the surge of unionization and the crippling of talk radio.

Groups from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia have planned an “Awareness Campaign Against Terrorism” under the banner of Coalition for Peace, in Washington, D.C. during the inaugural ceremony of President Barack Obama, from 12:00 noon to 04:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2009.

More than one million people are expected to participate in the Celebration.  We will carry banners urging/requesting  President Barack Obama to declare Pakistan a Terrorist Sate; stop Iran from producing Atom Bomb; stop Saudi Arabia from funding terrorism; stop Pakistan’s double game with USA; stop Hamas and Hezbollah rocket attacks into Israel; seize Saudi Arabian assets for crimes against humanity; stop repeat of Mumbai terror attack anywhere in the world; denuclearize Pakistan and Iran.

Since Radical Islam has assumed an alarmingly dangerous worldwide proportion, it is absolutely essential that U.S.A, the only Super Power of the world, under the Presidentship of Barack Obama take firm action on those who support terrorism in the name of the extreme idealogies.  US, Israel and India should work together to defeat the axis of radical islam i.e., Pakistan, Iran and Saudi Arabia.  Jews, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists as well as moderate Muslims who do not subcribe to radical Islam need to come together to face this evil.

In last 10 years India faced brutal terrorism in the form of 60,000 terror incidents that killed about 18,000 people, mostly due to radical Islam. Pakistan ISI in coordination with Bangla Desh Security agencies are (with blessings of Osama Bin Laden)  in process of carving out northern portion of India to create Mughalstan, a contiguous area from Pakistan to Bangla Desh.  Part of this process is the 350,000 Kashmiri Hindus who were driven out from their homes by Pakistan supported Kashmiri separatists and are living as refugees in their own country for last 18 years in squalid camps.  In Pakistan itself, 25% of minorities, primarily Hindus were reduced to less than 1% in just last 60 years.  Similarly, in Bangla Desh from 30% to about 7%.  In both countries, minorities were terrorized, raped, mutilated and their children and property taken away from them.

Israel was hit with more than 10,000 rockets in the last 10 years.   In spite of withdrawing from Gaza, it faces a continued threatening situation by rockets from Hamas. Iran on the other hand openly declared to wipe out Israel and is busy building nuclear weapon and supporting Hezbollah and Hamas militants.  Israeli citizens are targeted in many parts of the world by radical islamists.  There is growing concern that nuclear Pakistan will inevitably assist other radical Islamic countries to become nuclear.   It declared that it will do first nuclear strike if India goes on war against it in response to continued Pakistan supported terrorism.

Saudis are biggest funders of terrorism.  With one billion dollar oil revenue per day, they are spreading hatred in young Muslim minds through Madrassas and adult Muslims in Mosques with their intolerant version of Islam.   Pakistan nuclear program was funded by Saudis.   Most of the perpetrators of 9/11 are educated Saudi citizens.  Saudi children are taught to hate other religions from pre-school.     Increasingly, Saudis are islamizing the West with  sanitized versions of Islam in Universities and Media.  The cash starved Western institutions are falling easy prey to cash rich Saudis who has potential to buy most major corporations in the West and set the agenda to radical islamize the west in just few decades.

While the world sees it as a problem between Israel and Gaza, Pakistan and India, the larger sight of radical islam and its ambitions to radical islamize the whole world is lost on politically correct media and multicultural apologists, who are perhaps as dangerous as terrorists, if not more. These apologists trumpet perceived discrimination of Muslims in troubled areas, but little do they question the  brutal treatment of minorities in Islamic countries, fueled by radical islamists.  Nor do they care to comprehend the brutal record of radical islam which in the last 1400 years killed 270 million people, of which are 120 million Africans, 60 million Christians, 80 million Hindus and 10 million Buddhists and the current battles are a continuous ongoing jihad against non-believers.

As Act for America pointed out, far too many of the “leaders” and”elites” of the West simply fail to understand or refuse to acknowledge the unbridgeable chasm between the worldview of the West and the Worldview of the (radical) islamists, that harbors ambitions to enforce brutal medieval Islamic injuctions (including crucifixon, as in the case of Hamas in Palestine) on the whole world.

What Israel and India consisting of oldest civilizations and surrounded by radical Islamic countries are facing is a best example of the future that awaits rest of the free world.   Unless the free world  come together,  we face a very dangerous situation.

We believe that this is an appropriate occasion to draw the attention of powerful media covering this momentous celebration, to the menace of radical Islamic terrorism.  Only by coordinated action by various groups consisting of Jews, Hindus, Christians, Buddhists as well as Muslims who do not subscribe to radical islam and through sustained activism can we hope to counter the threat of radical Islam.

Over and over, people tell me they are discouraged about the “failed” lawsuits. It is true that lawsuit after lawsuit was dimissed, one after another (Cort, Donofrio, etc). However, this is not the time to lose heart.

According to the Michigan Law Review special issue a few months ago on the “natural born citizenship” challenges to both Obama and McCain in court, it is unlikely that these controversies will be settled in court, because of the “standing” issue and “judiciability”.
