UPDATE III: I don’t know what happen but all of the comments are gone.  The blog bouncer installed a plugin called Intense Debate and “POOF”  went the existing comments.  I believe I haver lost more than 4000, comments that were on this blog.  We are going to work on getting them back, but if we don’t consider it part of cleaning the Chametz out of the house!

This issue is resolved!  Whew!

Passover Week–The Best Time of Year!

UPDATE II: This is the week of Passover which is my absolute favorite festival of the year!  So,  I am busy cleaning the dreaded Chametz out of my house! I am also working as hard as I can to make a quick transition from the old blog to this beautiful new blog.

UPDATE: Hey Reader,  thanks for stopping by.  Just so you know on this wordpress theme you can set your own theme by clicking the pencil located in the lower left corner. Click the change theme button which comes up with seven different themes.  I suppose the point is that if this theme takes too much time loading in,  you can lighten the load by removing the background.    Let me know what you think!

I was trying to use the drupal platform,  but I am no computer geek,  and found it cumbersome and complicated so I decided to go back to the familiar which is wordpress.

Wordpress is an open source platform which means any person can use it on their servers, but it doesn’t mean that the wordpress company has any control over the content of the private site. For now, I am going to spend some time building up this site and would encourage you to check back soon.

Stay tuned for why I decided it was time to break the bands of being controlled by Europeans and go independent!

A Libertarian friend of mine has this theory …

Campaign mailings can be an expensive drain on a campaign if the return does not exceed the cost, so why not get on your opposition list with a $1 donation? If you get back more than one follow up solicitation, you are a burden on the campaign Treasury – your $1 to get on a campaign list is costing them possibly 3 to 1, or more, if you get 2 or more follow up solicitations. If you get no follow up they have a properly constructed filter to ignore micro donations.

Imagine the impact if thousands used this strategy!

I think I’ll test this theory with a $1 check to Hillary, Obama, the Democrat National Committee, and Washington State Dem Party (sent mine off, Dec 24, 2007).
