What the hell is wrong with you people, that guy from the VFW and the report that covered this story?
OK, sure, what the guy did was distasteful and against the law (not the burning of the flag but the destruction of property), but what the VFW member did was KIDNAPPING! He didn’t catch the guy in the act and do it to restrain him while the cops came; he was a vigilante kidnapper.

“Agreed” or was forced? You have no idea since the CO wouldn’t tell the reporter the name and the reporter was too lazy to check out the other side of the story. That is shameful conduct.
