NC Reminds:  Again,  what part of Congress shall make NO LAW abridging this freedom do these idiot congress critters not understand?  We have a Marxist swine who has usurped the Office to the President who has his finger on the nukes who wouldn’t even pass a High Security Clearance for the Secret Police who protect him,  and yet this hypocrite will sign this bill into law if it passes through to him?  The states, who are exercising their 10th Amendment right to sovereignty,  will never tolerate this obvious attempt at overthrowing more of our Constitutional rights to bear our arms with freedom.  

Blair Holt’s Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009

Rep.  Bobby Rush,  from Illinois (time to throw this bum out of office) sponsored a marxist bill called the Blair Holt’s Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009 – which amends the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act.  This so called Act will prohibit a person, don’t you mean an American Citizen, protected by the Constitution, to defend themselves against foreign and domestic enemies, Bobby, from possessing a firearm unless that person has been issued a firearm license under this Act or a state system certified under this Act and such license has not been invalidated or revoked.

It also prescribes license application, issuance, and renewal requirements.  It will prohibit the transferring or receiving a qualifying firearm unless the recipient presents a valid firearms license, the license is verified, and the dealer records a tracking authorization number. Ooo, tracking,  totally expected in a 1984 Orwellian state, like the Soviet Socialist of Amerika!

This Act  prescribes firearms transfer reporting and record keeping requirements and directs the Attorney General to establish and maintain a federal record of sale system.  <<  A record.  Yes,  I love it when the gub’ment tracks me.  Why not just stick a chip inside all of us at birth,  you morons?  

Now here is the real good part:  It prohibits: 
(1) transferring a firearm to any person other than a licensee, unless the transfer is processed through a licensed dealer in accordance with national instant criminal background check system requirements, with exceptions; 
(2) a licensed manufacturer or dealer from failing to comply with reporting and record keeping requirements of this Act; 
(3) failing to report the loss or theft of the firearm to the Attorney General within 72 hours; 
(4) failing to report to the Attorney General an address change within 60 days; or 
(5) keeping a loaded firearm, or an unloaded firearm and ammunition for the firearm, knowingly or recklessly disregarding the risk that a child is capable of gaining access, if a child uses the firearm and causes death or serious bodily injury.
Prescribes criminal penalties for violations of firearms provisions covered by this Act.

and directs the Attorney General to: 
(1) establish and maintain a firearm injury information clearinghouse; 
(2) conduct continuing studies and investigations of firearm-related deaths and injuries; and 
(3) collect and maintain current production and sales figures of each licensed manufacturer.
Authorizes the Attorney General to certify state firearm licensing or record of sale systems.

I have some direction for this AG if he ever violates his Constitutional duty to uphold the Constitution from the enemy known as Congress!   Call your pathetic excuse for representatives and senators demanding, that if they know what’s good for them,  they will have nothing to do with this bill!  Find your rep here and your senator here
