HOW TO LAY OFF EMPLOYEES IN 2009

Tags: , , , , , , , ,

As a Business owner who employs 30 people, I have resigned myself to the fact that Barack Hussein Obama will be our next President, and that my Taxes and Fees will go up in a BIG way.

To compensate for these increases, I figure that our customers will have to see an increase in my fees of about 8%. I will also have to lay off six of my employees. This really bothered me as I believe we are family here and didn’t know how to choose who will have to go. So, this is what I did. I strolled thru the parking lot and found eight Obama bumper stickers on my employees’ cars. I have decided these folks will be the first to be laid off.

I can’t think of more fair way to approach this problem. If you have a better idea, let me know.

I am sending this letter to all business owners that I know.  Why don’t you?

The Obama supporters should consider this fairness since they believe in their messiah and he will take care of them.  No problem!

During the closing days of the campaign I saw a great article from a Pittsburgh (I think but…) newspaper that interviewed 2 real plumbing company owners. Needless to say the final answer was increased charges on customers and layoffs. Add to it the economic multiplier of new equipment purchases being put off and there are other companies that then have to make the decision these two did.

It will be interesting to watch what happens in the next four years during this upcoming re/depression with respect to what is important to business owners and families and what’s important to the messiah.

I suspect that neither really understand that the world is going to face a depression and the messiah will not be able to fix it and in fact will be fired in exactly four years from now because he will make it worse with his marxist agenda and they will see that he isn’t the messiah after all!

Businesses will close down by the scores, people will lose jobs by the 100s of 1000s and everyone will be looking up at the face of the hussein for the answer and he will stutter, and stammer and uh and ah and he will not be able to fix it. Why? Because he does not have a freakin’ clue regarding free markets and his staff is as dumb if not more dumb than he is! If facing down a depression wasn’t so scary I would be laughing my butt off with what we are all about to witness! But in fact a depression is very scary and sad and the last thing one should do is tax the crap out of businesses and people.

What the gub’ment should do, but won’t do is eliminate ALL taxes on ALL businesses great and small. Create a flat tax for both rich and poor and reduce the gubment. That will happen naturally in this depression anyway.

Hey, have you noticed all the state and county lay offs that are happening right now? Doesn’t it just make you so happy? It does me. So those high unemployment rates we are seeing right now are from all the gub’ment layoffs! HA!

Anyway, I suspect that messiah will not get much passed during a re/depression anyway. These kinds of severe economic downturns will make him impotent real fast.

    NC,

Here’s the asshat who has been “leaking” those lies about Sarah Palin to the media:

    http://www.eisenstadtgroup.com/2008/11/10/eisenstadt-the-source-for-sarah-palin-africa-leak-and-proud-of-it/

He’s a former Giuliani supporter which means he’s NOT a Conservative! Be sure to leave him a comment or two expressing your “love!”

    Cheers

I don’t think I understand your reasoning on this. The only way to increase your after-tax profits is to increase your before-tax profits, which is true regardless of any given tax rate on business income.

So, if increasing your fees would increase your before-tax profits, why on earth would you wait until the tax rate changes before you increase your fees?

You think this is a recession? No, this is a depression! This is only the beginning of what will be a far worse depression than the one in 1929!

The last thing those who HIRE people need is to have their taxes raised because some Marxist freak arbitrarily picks a number out of the sky ($250,000) and calls them rich! Do you really think a business owner is going to hire someone, or feed his own family when he taxes are raised? Which one will he choose? You or his family?

Oh, well! It doesn’t matter if you lose your job–go ask Nobama your leader for a job! He will just go print up some more money and give you a fake job with fake money! Your problem solved!

Ummm…. firing someone for their political views is not “laying them off” it’s just firing them. When you lay someone off, the only motivation is to reduce overhead. I’m not addressing whether firing them because they disagree with your views is ethical, or even American, just that you should do the right thing and call it like it is. Not hide behind words.
